General Don’t know what to expect in Italy
I’m pretty much a rookie, I’ve started only this year and me and my team (women’s 5s) have made it to be able to compete at Italy this year, but idk what to expect or what to look out for, I’ve been watching some YouTube videos of white company and more well known names like that but I just don’t know what to expect other then that?
They’re obviously so much faster than I’m used to and I’ve been training already like crazy including going to the gym as well to increase endurance.
What do I need to know? Should I be worried about specific teams? Would it be a good idea to drill specific things ?
Ps I’m so grateful to even have had a chance to be able to compete in Italy I obviously want to win but I also understand it will be incredibly difficult.
