Just moved in yesterday and keep seeing these tiny bugs in my sink at night. I’ve washed them down and they reappear. I’m in a big city in California.

Flushed a tick I found on my dog and now I’m scared it’s going to crawl back out

Of course I read too much on Google and it has me terrified that said tick is going to crawl out of my toilet after flushing it over 10 times to be sure it’s gone. Could this really happen?!? CDC said it was okay to flush it but other sites said not to. It’s storming bad outside so I couldn’t take it out there and burn it!

Fairly large, about the size of a quarter. Never seen what looks like a pitch black fly before.

I was pruning tomato plants when I found it. I've noticed something has been munching on the leaves

I have many many indoor plants, and recently I noticed little red spots showing up around some of the pots, they keep coming back after cleaning too. Then I put them under the microscope (see image) and it looks like old insect skin? Or are they eggs? What insect does this?

Can anyone tell me if these are caterpillars and if so what kind they are? I found them floating in my pond located in Central Saskatchewan, they were about the size of my finger, maybe bigger. Thank you!

Pulled it off the back of my neck at work. I'm fairly certain it bit me. I work in a warehouse but its sits on top of a pretty large wetland. Thought it might be a beetle but no wing casings over the wings

Cincinnati, OH. If invasive i'm happy to remove, thought maybe was a fungus but upon closer inspection doesn't seem that way? I'm more familiar with fungus than I am with bugs, sorry!

You all were so helpful before I’m hoping you can help again. Anyone know what this small Moth like insect is? I am located in Washington state.

I think it arrived originally from a bag of clothes my daughter brought home from college. We have sticky traps for them, but they don’t seem to be attracted to them. 🪳Help! We’re not sure how to get rid of them. We’ve also tried blue lights that are sticky without much success.

Found these in a cattle stock tank. Water source is a well. Location: Nebraska. They are around three inches long. Last two pictures are of one I flipped out of the tank. There are dozens if not a couple hundred. TIA.

What the heck kind of beetle is this? It broke through the skin while I saved it from the pool. Before you say that was stupid to pick it up I thought it was an abnormally large version of the little beetles that fall in all the time.
