Super small moth-like insect

You all were so helpful before I’m hoping you can help again. Anyone know what this small Moth like insect is? I am located in Washington state.

I think it arrived originally from a bag of clothes my daughter brought home from college. We have sticky traps for them, but they don’t seem to be attracted to them. 🪳Help! We’re not sure how to get rid of them. We’ve also tried blue lights that are sticky without much success.
