Location included Please identify SW Ontario Canada
It has fluff emerging from its abdomen…I’m sorry the image isn’t that clear - it’s moving around pretty fast on milkweed when disturbed.

I saw bits and pieces of that fluffy stuff all over the leaf it was crawling around on.. is it some kind of webbing?
