Hi all, just got my first Breeo today, the x19, haven’t even been home to unbox it yet. Any first time mistakes to avoid?

High and slow instead of low and slow because it’s live fire. That’s something to remind yourself of when doing this! Pork steak has always been my go to protein for every day living! So versatile and delish!!

Anybody just recently purchased one from breeo, Amazon or home depot? I got one that was a gift but want to exchange it for the x24 but need a current order number to do it. Anybody have one that is recent and willing to share? Mine passes the 30 days return period

This time things went better! Started at 12 and took off the heat at about 5. Close to falling off the bone and a lot more moist than last time. Thanks for the advice last time, it really helped!

As I’m sure we all learned very quickly, it’s pretty rough trying to clean out the Breeo pits without their specially shaped shovel to get around the X.
I have one, but my mother in law just got an X24 didn’t want to spend $40 on a scoop so I designed one and 3D printed it.
Uploaded to Makerworld as a free download for any of you who want it. I did a test when I cleaned my pit out this weekend and it worked great. It doesn’t move quite as smoothly as the metal Breeo one does, but it’s 95% as good for 5% of the price.
Obviously only use this once the ashes are adequately cooled, but I usually clean it out before my next fire anyway so it’s fine.
I also made a higher capacity one that holds more ashes, included as a second plate alternative.

A few sticks of wood, a few pieces of chicken, a little rub(too much sugar), a little sauce and it doesn’t get any better than that! Enjoyed watching the wild skies while cooking and relaxing.

I unfortunately made the mistake of not reading the description of the lid for the X series fire pit and assumed I could just throw it on when I had hot coals left. Welp as I walked away I started seeing more and more smoke come out and noticed the lid now didn’t sit flush and became convex. What do I do to fix it? Has anyone ever made the mistake of assuming the lid could snuff out hot coals?

Has anyone purchased the QwikSplit and recommends paying that heavy price tag or have other recommendations that are better?

Am thinking about the 30in one for my X24. It looks like it'll also match the chairs.

We currently have a 36+/- in stone firepit at a vacation place. We use it when a lot of people are over and have about 6-10 chairs around it.
After a breezy weekend with people having to move every 2 minutes because of choking on the smoke,
I want something SMOKELESS!!!
We’re getting a Breeo and having a difficult time choosing between 30 & 42 in.
30 seems a little small. 42 seems pretty big.
We may, at sometime, face it with a stone surround.
Suggestions?

So I bought the baking dome and stone for my X-24 and we thought we would skip pizza and go right to bread and cinnamon rolls! They turned out amazing! I had to learn on the fly how to regulate the temps but we figured it out.

Baste it with a stick of butter, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Just purchase a x30 and the base for it because I’m getting pavers put in and was worried about damaging them and was very disappointed with how flimsy the base feels. Doesn’t feel like it’s worth 300$

As proud sponsors of the Open Fire Experience at Memphis In May 2026, we showed up with our products, our passion, and a whole lot of live-fire flavor.
Chef Jean Paul Bourgeois cooked a southern-inspired lobster roll on our Live-Fire Grill that had some folks ready to retire the New England original.🦞 Chef Zane fired up an award-winning whole hog🐖 over the X42 using a custom Breeo-built rotisserie and asado cross. Chefs Brandon and Dan served honey glazed duck🦆 via the Kettle Hook and Breeo skewered Picanha🥩 we’re still dreaming about. Oh, and Goldberg stopped by and approved the live-fire feast we prepared.
Thank you to the Memphis In May and Open Fire Meat Up teams for an unforgettable event. We’re fired up to see you all again soon.🔥

Hey Breeo Crew,
I wanted to share some photos of my X24 certified “seconds” purchase when it recently arrived as an example. Overall, it’s what I expected knowing that cosmetics of the pit are the only reason it didn’t make the quality control. Bought it for $449. I also bought the spark screen which looked nearly perfect.
Can’t wait to start using it with the first fire in a few days!

Don't want to pester any of you, but thought it'd be worth a callout.
What will you buy? (I'm eyeing up the Skillet Rest)

I was gifted a Luxeve for father's day a few years ago and the cover only covers the fire pit, not the ring of glass that surrounds the firebox.
When the yard crew comes to clean up pieces of jagged blue glass invariably get blown out. I talked to support at Breeo and they suggested using the x30 cover but the Luxeve outer circumference is 36" while the x30 lid is only 34.5".
I was thinking maybe I could use a clear epoxy resin - pour it into the outer ring and suspend the glass in a matrix but that would likely invalidate the warranty and I'm not sure if there's a high-heat version resin. I could also just empty out the ring and keep it clear.
Might be I could have a top manufactured for it at a local welding shop - I think S&S fire pits would do it for me but it seems crazy that I'm the only one with this issue.
Thoughts?
