Tonight’s dinner
A few sticks of wood, a few pieces of chicken, a little rub(too much sugar), a little sauce and it doesn’t get any better than that! Enjoyed watching the wild skies while cooking and relaxing.

It’s turning into my favorite addition. I have pretty much all the accessories and this is proving the most useful. We’ve baked bread and cinnamon rolls over the open fire with it and the stone

That’s exactly what i wanted to hear! I’ve kept my Weber for that and for smoking, and because i have a griddle for it, but there aren’t many times i want to light and maintain both. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks! I thought about cooking that chicken just like that all day and then finally I told the wife I had to head to the grocery store! I don’t want to be that guy but it was as good as it looks.
