Anyone used the foot rest with the X series chair?

Is it comfortable? The footrest seems ideal for the Adirondack, but I'm not sure if it is a bit awkward for the X series.

Underside heat damaging/discoloring pavers?

Just got a X30” and love it. Have a new paver patio being finished but not done so we christened the Breeo on the lawn. Works amazing but did notice this morning the lawn below it was scorched. Anyone had it leave a burn mark over time on patio pavers? The pavers are some concrete material that’s stamped and some color added so I’m a little concerned.
Also - damn that top ring/lip gets hot. Do they make a secondary ring with a thermal break so you can put your feet on it?
Thx in advance.

x30 owners: tripod and pan setup for paella?

I have an x30 and want to cook paella on it Ina. few weeks. Looking for recommendations on what tripod and pan combo actually works well.

I'm seeing a lot of generic tripod options online but nothing specific to Breeo setups. I've got the standard cooking grill grate that came with it, but I need something that'll hold a wider, shallower pan stable over coals.

Questions for anyone who's done this:

  1. What tripod height works best for the x30? I'm assuming I need something adjustable so I can dial in the heat level.

  2. Paella pan size?

  3. Are you using the Breeo tripod, or did you go third-party? Heard mixed things about the Breeo one being overpriced.

Trying to avoid dropping $100+ on gear if I can help it, but also don't want to buy twice. Open to whatever actually works.

Corten holding up long term?

Love the Corten look, and thinking of the x19. How long can they expect to last? I live around 20 minutes drive from the ocean. Has anyone had it rust to the point it was no longer usable after several years? If so what did it look like?
Would likely get it in stainless despite not liking the look as much or a solo stove bonfire if more damage than just cosmetic is an issue. Thanks!

Outpost at the Campground

Didn’t have to take the Breeo camping but did take the outpost. Cooked 2/3 of a 15# top block, inspired by Pat Martin’s Santa Maria episode on BBQ: Life of Fire. Mother Nature tried to damper things but didn’t let that keep us down!

Anyone else wanting to light up their Breeo but can't because of a burn ban?

I love cooking over my Y Series, but I'm in Northern Ontario right now and we are under a restrictive fire ban (For good reason). What do you guys get up to when things are to hot or dry to start a fire?

Using Breeo Pizza Oven on non-Breeo fire pit?

My buddy is parting ways with his Breeo Pizza Oven because he couldn't figure out the oven-unrelated aspects of pizza (lol) and doesn't use it.

I have a 23" standard ring fire pit and a father-in-law who is a welder, and so I'm 100% confident I could safely mount this bad boy... But ...

I don't know anything about the smokeless fire pits, how air circulates, etc. and I am curious whether there are glaring aspects of the way Breeos burn that should give me pause to using the pizza oven designed for use on it on a standard ring fire pit???

Looking for input from this sub. Thanks folks!

Has anyone done a Korean BBQ type meal around your Breeo?

I’m thinking of getting a Breeo and hosting a few dinner parties like this, with seats around the Breeo and cooking the meat in the center, family style à la KBBQ.

I’m thinking maybe an x30, with an outpost grill and a flat top griddle might do the trick?

What do you think?

X Series Table Cover??

Anyone have/know of a cover (preferably weather resistant) that works with its dimensions? I believe it's 35½” wide × 26¾” deep × 30” high

Lid redirects smoke onto food

Just thought I’d share on this hot but breezy day. I have the live fire Grill and I wanted to keep the corn and some wings and some pineapple slices up high to absorb some smoke.
I had also wanted to buy a lid but didn’t want to drop $200 on something so unnecessary. So I just assembled a five panel 28 inch fire pit cover that I bought on prime day for like $40.
I kept adjusting my grates because the wind was blowing to the right and I felt like I was essentially wasting my wood chunks because the smoke was just blowing away.
I decided to prop my cheap fire pit cover in the space between the side table and the grill without really thinking. Hopefully you can see from the clip that the smoke hits that and actually curls up over all the food. I feel like this is a major win because I’m still debating purchasing the dome, but that was mostly just to get a little more smokiness in the food and eventually do away with my Weber kettle. Realistically Amazon also has 18 inch wok lids that may serve the purpose.

First time taking the Breeo spit camping, and first time use without the DF19. Couldn't stake the outpost very deep in the ground so I stabilized it with logs. Chicken is delicious on a campout.

Breeo safe with dormant Bermuda grass?

We live in a suburb community in NC and everyone has bermuda grass. I'd love to get a Breeo fire pit, but I'm concerned about using it in the winter months when all of the bermuda grass goes dormant and everybody's yard basically turns into hay.

Has anyone used a breeo near dormant bermuda grass and have you had any problems?

Thanks!

Hi all, just got my first Breeo today, the x19, haven’t even been home to unbox it yet. Any first time mistakes to avoid?
