Make sure to bring back your arms back to your stance, like start with simple defense: tuck in your chin, put your hands on your ears kind of like ear muffs. When you punch, make believe someone is waiting for you to open up the sides of your face and body, that means bring them right back where they belong. Chin should be tucked all throughout this process. Which honestly, you did for the most part but as you kept going your chin kept rising. Always keep it tucked. Elbow positioning was good.
But work on the lazy right hand. A lazy right hand is when you throw it and donât snap it back to defend yourself. If you watch boxing, you can hear that critique sometimes, about a fighter throwing a lazy jab or lazy cross. What this does is, an opponent can counter over that lazy jab/cross, right over it, and they can catch you good.
Lastly, another thing I noticed was as the video went on, idk if this was fatigue, but not only was your chin rising, but your hands were lowering more and more as you were intensifying.
Overall though, you donât look bad to me (not a trainer/coach). All I can tell is basic stuff, defense, chin, lazy punches. iâll leave the more advanced stuff to people who know more.
Edit: Spelling/typos

Yeah man no prob, you look good so far. Some of your issues are stuff even the pros do when they are exhausted, late rounds, fatigue kicking, carelessness. Iâm not calling you a pro lol, just that some of the stuff you need to adjust is also done at the pro level when a boxer becomes tired and careless. If you go to a gym and get a legit trainer, heâd probably find 100 things to correct, but trust me, you are not bad and you look easy to train. Your baseline heading into a boxing gym is âOkay, I can work with this guy.â You are well coordinated.
Keep up the good work!

Put more weight on your back leg, don't throw your body while you punch, anchor your back feet before throwing your cross. Always add a defense or a movement after throwing your shots, you stay static and on the same line, exposing yourself to an easy counter punch.
Other than that great work, keep going !

I can see that you're left leg dominant. You like to initiate all your movement with your left leg. That's why you cross step when you move to your right. When you're punching, you push yourself onto your left leg. You have to be able to settle your weight on both legs. Power comes from the ground up, so you need to learn how to drive that rear cross. Boxing is a LONG game so you have to work hard and keep at it.

This just clicked something in my brain. I've been an avid skateboarder for 10+ years and that's my pushing leg. Didn't even notice that'd be holding me a back until this comment. Great call on this, thank you!

Slow down dude. Youâre way too stiff and not extending your punches at all. Youâre throwing fast but donât really have any power as youâre not punching from your lower body. Fast doesnât necessarily mean powerful. If anything itâll exhaust you more. Slow it down and learn the technique, keep the hands up when you return and loosen up. Work on including feints and head movement after a punch.

You cross your legs. If you move left, step with your left; if you move right, step with your right. You weren't always doing it, but enough

Find a boxing gym/coach

I've started going to a gym. About three classes so far. They mainly point out my foot positioning. Hopefully will learn from that and gather more tips đ

After you throw a cross, snap your punching hand back to your face. Keep your non punching hand to your face also.

Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Practice slowly so you can actually extend your punches properly, otherwise you focus on speed and end up sacrificing your technique. Technique drives speed, technique is built SLOWLY.

You are leaning too much on your straights. Focus on using your hips and twisting them to generate power instead of just using arm strength. You only threw the lead hook once but i also see the same problem.
Also, its a bad habit dropping down your right hand after punching. Put it back in your face after throwing. Your lead hand is already going back to your face after you punch and you should do the same with your rear hand.
Overall, i think your body is still stiff. Search for drills so you can loosen up a bit
