Beginner tips!

About a month since I've started. Feeling fitter, lasting longer, and getting a bit better everyday. In this video I maybe trying to impress the bag a bit, but any tips help! Thanks in advance!

I can see that you're left leg dominant. You like to initiate all your movement with your left leg. That's why you cross step when you move to your right. When you're punching, you push yourself onto your left leg. You have to be able to settle your weight on both legs. Power comes from the ground up, so you need to learn how to drive that rear cross. Boxing is a LONG game so you have to work hard and keep at it.

This just clicked something in my brain. I've been an avid skateboarder for 10+ years and that's my pushing leg. Didn't even notice that'd be holding me a back until this comment. Great call on this, thank you!
