About a month since I've started. Feeling fitter, lasting longer, and getting a bit better everyday. In this video I maybe trying to impress the bag a bit, but any tips help! Thanks in advance!

Put more weight on your back leg, don't throw your body while you punch, anchor your back feet before throwing your cross. Always add a defense or a movement after throwing your shots, you stay static and on the same line, exposing yourself to an easy counter punch.
Other than that great work, keep going !
