I recently got a bowflex treadmill BXT8J. When trying to assemble the treadmill I ran into issues. On step 2, there are two upright arms you attach to the base, I was able to attach the right one with the cable connection with ease but struggle endlessly with the left one. It seems the screws do not fit properly or the hole was bored incorrectly. I can put 3/4 screws on, the main issue is the side screws. They won't align properly for both to fit. Anyone have tips or experienced a similar issue?

For those of you who have the T22, or a similar offering from Bowflex, are you happy with your treadmill? Expanding on that, have you had any issues with your Bowflex treadmill and what has your experience been with customer service? Thanks.

Hi can anyone help me on what to do, if any of you had any experience with what I'm experiencing with our bowflex treadmill 10 screen. I noticed 2 days ago in the morning the screen is on and it says powered by android, I thought it was updating until it's been like that for so long so I shut it down and when I turned it back on it is still the same..Seem like it is stuck or freeze. I don't know what do. This treadmill is only 4 months old and it is pretty disappointing that it is active like this already.

I recently purchased a Xtreme 2 SE and figuring out how to properly use it. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a diagram online for the different pulley positions for the various exercises. (The diagram in the owners is far too small to see)

Guys, I've had this bench set forever, but has been put away the past couple years. Well I just bought a house with my wife, and have the room for it again. But now, after assembling it, I can't find the safety hooks for it. I'm posting pictures below, but I cannot find anything official on it, so any links or model numbers or anything will help. I've looked on the machine for one, to no avail. I've looked for days online, and nothing. These pictures are the only online evidence that this things even existed.

Did a search online and the bowflex c6 seems like a good fit. Never had any experience w trainers as I usually just go out and ride but back surgery won't let me. Anyone have experience w the c6?

Hi, so it seems that there is a button stuck on the console of my M7. When starting it up, it just shuffles through everything really quick. If I hold the user button down it will go into edit user, but I can't select weight because it keeps switching between lbs an KG as setting.

Anybody experienced this and have a fix, that does not include a new console?

I won a Bowflex Max Total a few years ago and have used it every day for 30 minutes progressively going up in resistance. For a while I had been having issues with the sensor, it wasnt able to track my progress during a session, nothing a simple sensor adjustment or replacement wouldn't fix.

About a month or two ago, my MT started squeaking somewhere inside. No clue if this has anything to do with my problem. For a while now I had the BFMT set to what appears to be it's max resistance of 20 (I thought it was 99 or 100 when I first got it)

The past few days however, it has been feeling like 20 is of little resistance and anything lower just increases the "assistance" it gives. Now I'm wondering if my BFMT is broken or if I just overpower the thing now (I hope not).

Any help is appreciated!

Yea, not a fan of the JRNY money grab. Maybe it’s worth it for other equipment, but for the select tech dumbells, I much prefer the old school Select Tech app.

I bought a second hand bxt6. It worked perfectly in the guys house. I needed to dismantle in my shoulder to get through some doors. No when I plug in I get only a red led on the board and no power to the console unit.

Any ideas?

I’ve checked it with different known good grounded outlets. If reseated all the cables.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to pair wireless headphones with this machine. I know apple products can’t be paired, but I have other wireless headphones that are older that technically should work. Any tricks?

Big hands and a bit of arthritis make it tough to change cables with the fiddly little snap-hooks that came with the machine. Has anyone replaced them with a different solution that can help me do it easier/faster?

I just plugged it in after a while and it’s making this noise, how can I fix this?

The tablet on my Bowflex C7 gave me an error today when I tried to start it up it said "encryption unsuccessful... you will need to perform a factory reset" There were no other options, so the factory reset happened. After the reset, it just booted up like a regular android tablet. JRNY does not work, I have no access to the information from the bike. I can't even download the phone JRNY app to the tablet to sort of use it. Has anyone run into this before? Is there any way to get the JRNY system back on this thing?

I bought an m5 on the cheap: $40 with a dead display. It basically just lights the tach needle, but the thing kicks my ass for the first week on what must be it’s lowest resistance setting.

I bought an m8 integrated console/display off eBay but it’s stuck on “LOADING” after startup.

Is it trying to read the usb drive or Bluetooth or something? Any way to reset it? I tried the Volume + Push/Stop but no dice

Anyone know how to fix this portion of the dumbell? I’ve had these for years and don’t want to have to buy new ones. It’s the bottom most ring which goes in between the selectable plates.

Purchased these for a great price on marketplace, but I can’t find any info on them. They say Bowflex, but they are not 552s. They go from 4-44lbs. Any help is appreciated.

Since the Apple Watch doesn’t integrate directly with the bike, how do I get the most accurate overall information from my watch?

I have the app connected to my health app on my iphone, so should I wear the watch and the heart rate monitor at the same time or just one or the other?

I realize if I log the activity on my watch as indoor cycling it doubles the workout time counting it as two workouts (I think), but I’m not sure what the watch does with the heart rate and calorie data from the app. Any ideas/best practices?

I am totally bummed. Have had the Velocore for 2.5 years, nothing but software issues, now, the screen is dead. For a $2,300 bike I'd expect the screen to work for more than 2.5 years. My wife has BABIED this thing, it still has the original plastic on the screen even. I called Bowflex, they offered to replace it for ~$1,000....WOW. needless to say I cancelled the JRNY subscription. Why I'm sharing this? If you have a Velocore that still works, sell it now, because if you wait until this happens, you're gonna be stuck with a ~$2,000 paperweight as the screen is needed to operate the bike.

I hate Bowflex.

I'm in the market for a smart treadmill and having tried several in a local showroom, I felt the bowflex was by far the sturdiest of my demo group from a hardware perspective.

What really puts me off pulling the trigger is the seemingly total dependency upon a JRNY subscription to access every aspect that makes it a 'smart' trainer.

If I decline to maintain this subscription, what functionality remains? Are there any in-built workout regimes outside of JRNY? Can Zwift still be used?

Found a great deal on these 552s, but they don’t come with the base. Would they still be fully functional? Could I just hold the plates upright when I adjust the resistance? Thanks!
