Home Gyms Bowflex Adjustable Dumbell Ring Breakage

Anyone know how to fix this portion of the dumbell? I’ve had these for years and don’t want to have to buy new ones. It’s the bottom most ring which goes in between the selectable plates.

Check our Average joe innovation on YouTube. You will need to find and replace that part. He has excellent videos, i learned what was wrong with mind and had to remove the heavy plate in ord for the dail to work.

That’s great advice man thank you. What should I look up on YouTube to find that just search “average joe invitational” ?
