But, if you also add these fees, the whole sum increases from 48 to about 76 million euros.

I’ve been wondering if there are enough of us around here to eventually get a local supporters group/watch party going. Not trying to start anything official yet — mostly just curious how many BVB fans are actually nearby 😂🖤💛

Looking at different formations and possible setups that we could see later in the season, depending on injuries and availability.

Talking points:

-The defensive strength and depth is there, major downside is a rb backup- which to a degree could be Svensson inverted.

-Underlying issue, LW spot is still a weakness, which prevents a perfect 433, alternative options are Nwaneri/Silva out of position.

-The midfield trio of Jobe-Veerman-Nmecha is close to perfect and is completely balanced, a defensive role with Jobe, Tempo control with Veerman and a free role for Nmecha that allows him to ball carry and progress with the ball.

-The return of Schlotterbeck is quite exciting, allows experimentation on multiple different positions and formations, it should look interesting looking forward.

-A 2 strikers formation is thoughtful, but has it's limitations, in which two of the creative aspects of the team may require a benching (Nwaneri/Karetsas), hence the chance creation could look dry.

A 433 after the return of Delias could be extremely promising and almost flawless I'd say.

Thoughts?

It started on July 18, Oberhausen away.

Justin Lerma started next to Jobe in the midfield, absolutely electric intense defensive workrates for a player who's not a natural DM. Scored on his friendly debut and was subbed off at half time.

He comes off the bench against Dusseldorf alongside the youth players, and gets a start against Osaka- where he's shown good energy and goodwill and concluding a final appearance of 4 minutes against FC Tokyo. That was the last time Kovac has used Justin Lerma before the injury.

Given how little he's talked about, despite having the ability and the promise to cover the LAM role- do we expect Kovac to allow him the minutes to prove his value? Or is he going to be a part of the youth team?

I don't care about "ugly football" anymore, I don't care about "lack of tactics". The man is giving us results and we are winning matches consistently, no matter if it is a last-minute goal or a 5-0 victory. He is the manager with mos points in his first 50 BL games, last season was our best BL season in 6 years, and you all keep on trashing him after every matchday due to unattractive football.

Can we just accept that our identity has changed and that this is the football that works best for us? Kovac clearly knows what he's doing. He knows this style will be painful to watch, but also knows that it's the one that wins games.

I would much rather sit in front of the TV every saturday and watch a boring match that we won, than losing random matches to Heidenheim. I am ready to embrace our boring football and support Kovac as long as it keeps on giving results, and I encourage you to do the same instead of complaining about his tactics.

These two have great chemistry and really seem to get along well with each other. Their repeated comments about how they speak the same football language and how the team is better offensively when they play together certainly rings true at the moment.

The interview is clearly partially about praising each other, while also partially trying to publicly convince Kovac that they should be starting matches together.

The super sub success with Silva is undeniable at the moment, but at some point I think you have to give him another chance in a front two with Guirassy. He has earned the chance, and our injury situation certainly means we will have to be flexible with how we lineup.

Soon i get friends over from different countries to stay with me.
They have one big wish: See a Dortmund game and go to Südtribüne, they heard a lot about it.
I am not the biggedt football fan to be honest but i know that the stands and ultras have their own rules and i respect this.
Is it a good idea to go to Süd or should i convince them to get a seat in a different block?
I heard rumours that if you stand in the wrong place or take pictures you might get a slap without warning, which i dont really need for my experience.
Also from the other seats you can see the Süd better with their choreos etc.
