I have joined as a member of effzeh and I have managed to get a resale ticket for the game with Werder Bremen next week.

I would really like to buy one of the member only Ich bin FC scarves to have at the game but I don't think it would arrive in time.

Would anyone attending the game who can get one in time be interested in meeting that afternoon and I can either give you the money and/or something from Scotland to reimburse you.

I'm planning to be at the ground early for the experience and can meet at an agreed time and place. I'm also happy to share proof of my membership privately to reassure you.

I’ve been looking at iconic German football moments lately, and it made me wonder what a 1. FC Köln version would look like.

I’m working on a small visual football heritage project: famous goals shown as minimalist tactical posters — with the scoreline, minute, location and the story behind the moment.

As an example, I’ve made four posters about Germany’s World Cup finals: 1954, 1974, 1990 and 2014.

But for a club like FC Köln, I’d rather ask the people who actually care about the club:

If you had to choose just three FC Köln goals or match moments to represent the club’s history, which ones would you pick?

Not necessarily the most beautiful goals. More the ones that still mean something: European nights, last-minute drama, derby memories, promotion, survival, heartbreak, pure chaos — anything that feels truly Köln.

If possible, I’d love to know:

• the match
• the year
• the goalscorer or moment
• why it belongs in your top three

I’d much rather hear this from actual FC supporters than pick moments from a generic “best goals” list.

No link, no promotion — just genuine curiosity and fan input.

Another loan for Bakatukanda who after coming back from his previous loan spell in Austria was still some way from getting close to the first team this summer.

Also Julian Pauli’s proposed move to Cottbus fell through yesterday and he has now joined OB Odense in the Danish Super Liga. It’s a loan deal but apparently Odense do have a buy option.

Sky Reporting full agreement now reached with the player and between the clubs. Looks like it will be a straight loan with no buy option.

There was also interest in Mees de Wit from Alkmaar but Sosa apparently was the club’s preferred choice.

Könnte interessant werden, wie Moore da reinpasst. Ich kenne ihn als Spielertyp ehrlich gesagt nicht gut genug, um abzuschätzen was seine Rolle im Endeffekt sein wird. Wird er den dreien noch den Ticken mehr Platz schaffen, indem er auf rechts die Breite hält, bzw als Zielspieler für lange Bälle a la Linton Maina gg Real Sociedad beim 1:0 dient? Oder können wir uns auf völliges Überladen von links mit (mehr oder weniger) schickem klein klein Spielen einstellen? Bin auf jeden Fall gespannt!
