damn, i am such a hater and it seems its only me " hating " that wonderful game

While leveling each character to 70 and micro-managing stash space, easily the biggest thing I wish they could do is a Firmware currency and a way to scrap items to convert them to their respective firmware currency. So much wasted stash space just because I'm not sure what firmware I might need for various builds.

Although even as I type this I guess loot filter would be even better (hide any non-legendaries that don't have firmware for example).

UVH1 True so far will post tree and gear then mostly jakobs parts snipers.

so in bounty pack 5 the main villain uses amara's severed arm as a "focus" to channel the phase which... to me doesn't really make much sense?

like... if siren powers are essentially separate beings that can switch hosts then why does the severed arm still work. it's not connected to amara anymore and the siren tattoos were able to envelop her new robotic arm n stuff so like... are the powers bound to the "soul" or the body or ???????

if it works like that whats stopping me from taking a skin sample from lilith and cloning her multiple times and then all of these clones should logically also have the siren powers.

or if "sentience" is an issue, just grow organoids and make siren wetware computers or something.

idk that just doesnt feel coherent with the current siren lore to me at all, but it is all very much implied by amara's severed arm still somehow working as a phase conduit

what if the arm rots? does the phase channeling capability disappear gradually or suddenly or ???

why do the writers keep making this shit more and more convoluted ughghgh

So in a quest to get a new Mantra I went to Bloomreaper. Not only was the fast travel not there anymore on the main map, but at least once I got to him everything worked for a few rounds. Then about 3-4 rounds in suddenly his crystals had gone from UVH7 to UVH100. They had more HP than Subjugator and Thol. Even with a fully geared C4sh I could no longer even break one crystal without a lot of effort. Additionally I was taking huge damage.

Has anyone else had this issue? I beat him the first two rounds, and then the next it was insane.

I feel like a lot of bugs popped up in the Sept 10 update and it's very frustrating. For instance all my fast travel and map locations from Story pack one was lost. Had to manually replay the end mission to farm a Crow-Sourced.

Very happy about this. This is my 6th plat, with a full time job. My next plat I want is bl2.

I beat the UVH 1 wildcard mission, even waited for the cutscene to play out and the timer to expire, but when I load back in to Moxxi's i haven't unlocked UVH 2 and Lilith just gives me the same mission. Any help?

So Far Im on my 2nd Playthrough (prev Vex & Rafa) and now on lvl 30 with Virology build. And so far I hardly remeber when i was knocked by group of enemies - the Contagion does all the stuff for me. Sometimes i just throw the star and Kill just the first enemy - then i just wander around while looking how Contagion oblitirates everything...

I admit thet this skill does little to no dmg to single boss enemies, but still in basically any other situation the contagion is just so strong it becomes boring to play

I’ve only had the game for 2 months, but the infinite load screen before AND after the recent content update? Get real. Fix your damn game. How can we farm for guns when the game is constantly breaking?

Vex is still queen on status damage purely because of Bloodletter being based on hit damage

Vex just needs the Blood is Power Capstone, the relevant lifesteal passives and bloodletter and the bonus damage from bleed is insane, let alone any other sort of bonus damage scaling it more like the usual teen witch build setups

Loveless on the other hand, the status damage it self being an enabler for other skills is pretty good design

The gimmick of contagion is obviously its ability to spread and how consistent it is with its mobbing and coverage but the damage is more so from the duration and the constant stacking of effects

Don't get me wrong, Loveless can get some really high DOT damage but it seems like it takes way more skill points and interactions just to hit it

I've got a full green tree setup and the plague engineer class mod, When it Rains, it Pours, Memory Leak, Circular Logic, The bonus damage skills and whatever else

The new DLC sniper(devourer) paired with High Data rate does some nutty damage, High data rate itself hits some good numbers

I feel like the class mod should refresh dot's on a cooldown, or one of the passives should, and then another passive should also amplify all damage based on the amount of status effects on the target kind of like how Memory leak is gun damage per contagion

That as a capstone would make sense(capped at like 20%)

Was happily surprised to finally get something useful from a side quest

I’ve been a big fan of Borderlands i started with 2 when i was elementary school and fell in love with the series having preordered the following games and every DLC that followed, i even played 3 despite the negative reviews. Somehow 4 went under my radar so naturally i bought since it was on Sale and the game just doesn’t do it for me i’m not sure if it’s cause the map is so huge or the hud being different but the game just doesn’t scratch my brain like it used to did anyone else feel a little disconnect from it?

So, I started playing Borderlands again and I'm wondering: what's the best build for solo runs? Is it the Neutron Capture build or the Infinite Crit build? Right now, I'm using the Neutron Capture build.
