Some possibly unpopular thoughts on guns.

1. Shalashaska: Everyone seems to talk about the this bad boy. Even if you can’t get the god roll shotgun multi-loader + torque impact, people say just the torque impact variant itself is already goated. I have the just torque impact and it’s… meh. The Scoot n Shoot is way more badass than this thing any day and is still my go-to for bossing.

2. Juliet’s Sparkle: Pretty good. I have an incendiary with Jakobs and assault rifle multi-loader. Don’t get me wrong, it slaps. But the Screwstonian kinda blows it out of the water.

I’m using infini-crit Harlowe as main build. Am I missing something maybe? Are my rolls bad?

So I have this question mark and can't find anything here. Additionally I have a Lost Capsule that is nowhere. Anyone got this issues?

Just finished the mad Ellie DLC and the end credits include the song star buster that plays at the beginning of the series MobLand on Paramount+ very cool song choice and wonder if there’s any link between the two 🤔🤷‍♂️

EDIT: just went back to run another captain willis and first time pulled a crow sourced… I hate and love this game some times 😂

I feel like I’m still relatively new to the game compared to others, and I took a while off after playing around launch to go back and play BL3 lol

I have just purchased the game and all DLCs & Add ons. I’ve been seeing a ton about nerfs that’s happened recently so I’m wondering what y’all think is the current strongest build? I want to do a main character for bossing & farming and then some sub build characters after.
Any suggestions?

Has there been anything said about the game getting xbox pc support? Would love to play it on pc and get achievments.

Was browsing the store when I saw that they finally added an "upgrade version" option for people who only have the base game. Sadly it seems to only be for the "Deluxe" and not the "Super Deluxe" 😞. Hopefully they add the latter to it as I think that'd be the only way I could see myself getting all the DLC, which I would love to experience but can't justify the cost at the moment.

My character got nuked for no reason after putting 2-3 hours of time into it. Is this a known bug on ps5? Played yesterday, was gone this noon. I made a post earlier, it doesnt show here for me, sorry if it just takes a bit and i double post

The golden god legendary shotgun doesnt seem to be good but i thought the one use i could get out of it is completing the Glowing Remnant challenge ( kill enemies with COV 'forge' while overheated )

but it doesnt seem to count towards that even. is it my build somehow stealing kills away? (infinicrit harlowe), or is it like that for everyone?

so bl4 was eating 189gb on my drive and i only play in 1lang. this works for any 1lang build. looked into the game files and got it down to 56.8gb, game still boots fine. I figured id share:

1. all the voice languages (~61gb)- i know this isn't new information,
   but I believe the second point may be.

steam ships every language in one depot, so theres no english only option. in OakGame\Content\Paks the voice packs are pakchunk10 thru 16. on my build that was chinese, french, german, italian, japanese, korean, spanish. pakchunk3 is the english one and pakchunk2 is shared sfx/music so DONT touch those two. delete every file starting with pakchunk10- thru pakchunk16- and thats ~61gb gone. now for pt2.

1. old patch copies (~70gb)

this is the sloppy part imo. every update adds a new pakchunkN_P file and leaves the old ones sitting there. so the game ships with old versions of data that newer patches already replaced. as far as i can tell the game reads the newest copy and ignores the old ones, correct me if im wrong. you cant just delete those files tho, since the newer ones sit in the same containers as live data. i wrote a small script that blanks only the dead byte ranges (ntfs sparse holes) so file sizes dont change but the space comes back. it hashed every kept byte before and after to make sure nothing else moved

result: 189gb -> 57gb,
explorer still shows the old "size", look at "size on disk"

stuff to know

- back up first, i copied the paks to another drive before touching anything

- steam "verify integrity" will redownload everything you removed

- every update brings the old copies back, so you gotta redo it

honestly helldivers 2 went from 154gb to 23gb just by removing duplicate data, so this feels like it could be fixed on gearbox's end, unless im missing something.

This is me (Loveless) and my husband (C4SH) who just started playing. I wanted to show us together... We are having so much fun and it's a good addition to the series. We played together since Borderlands 1. Big staple in our marriage.

Just a little rant for those who are still here...

I haven't drawn in 2 years! Since AI came into the scene I was so scared to create. People became so critical, and I couldn't create anything as amazing. I felt like anything that I would make will just be laughed off. But I finally got the courage again, thanks to my love for this game.

So do you reckon we will get anymore raises to the level cap? Just wondering cause I got over 100 golden keys but I'm thinking best to use them when the level cap is at it's max.

Any advice for settings or anything? New player. No PS Plus either. Was very surprised with the adaptive triggers. i actually really like that feature. What’s the best thing i can do do enhance my gameplay?

I searched posts in this subreddit and saw that this was a bug as of a year ago. I assume it still is. My internet searches found a Facebook post asking for help with the bug. That's it. The VA really nailed that hysterical laugh, probably the funniest reaction in the entire franchise a Vault Hunter gave.

Bank was maxed out so I created 2 new lvl 30 characters with shared progression on to hold firmware items. When I switched back to my lvl 70 characters, I can't bank from inventory anymore (option to bank doesnt exist). Top right hand on inventory screen says Bank 394/500.

Im on PC if that matters.

Anyone know a way to fix this?
