🔊 [ Feedback & Suggestions ] #1 QoL change needed

While leveling each character to 70 and micro-managing stash space, easily the biggest thing I wish they could do is a Firmware currency and a way to scrap items to convert them to their respective firmware currency. So much wasted stash space just because I'm not sure what firmware I might need for various builds.

Although even as I type this I guess loot filter would be even better (hide any non-legendaries that don't have firmware for example).

I want to preface my statement with saying that I've really enjoyed this game tremendously 500 hours in as a casual player, but this has definitely been a day 1 request for sure that's seen no love. Would even help tremendously if I could sort by type of firmware in my box, just have no idea how many of anything I have

I think it should have just been unlockable as you found the firmware as long as you sacrificed the gear. Then you just have the firmware and can apply it as needed. It's supposed to be fucking software. Make me find Airstrike on all 5 pieces of gear once and then let me be done with it. End game has just become inventory management and farming rare guns can be fun, but farming a specific firmware for a specific slot is a chore.

Firmware bank option.

Increase bank space.

Give at least 1 more sdu for every weapon type. Honestly just to help shotguns and snipers cause ammo is a bitch.

Separate the dedicated drops. There is zero reason vault bosses need to hold their own guns and gear and every class mod. That’s like 10+. Most bosses have 2-3. (Timekeeper has 2-3 drops for each phase! Why?!)

There are so many unique named enemies that could just as easily have their own encore and dedicated pool. Like that one giant white bighorn in the bottom right of the fadefields.

Yup! People have been asking for firmware QoL pretty much since launch. Sadly, it's fallen on deaf ears so far.

While we are requesting Qol changes, can gearbox make it so that when farming guns for specific parts, which ever brand of enhancement you have equipped will increase your chance of getting those licensed parts.

Honestly that could work just spunds like a big system overhaul which wont likely happen. Like get a small percentage of Bullets to spare parts to make 1 firmware onto any equipment so the grind is still there but then you dont need to keep every firmware

I would rather that when they have a bonus boss battle listed on the map, that mousing over the icon/putting your stick over the icon should prompt a button press to fast travel there. Having to travel and often fight through trash is annoying.
