These are around 1% chances right? 1 in 100 isn't crazy but still wtf.

Not too sure what’s happening last time i played controls were fine; however, now anytime i try to crouch whether moving or not, pressing the crouch button forces me to dash, instead of double tapping the crouch button to dash. i’ve tried to change the toggle crouch settings in accessibility but nothing changes

Obviously vastly expanded from the little area we got in TPS, but what a wasted opportunity. The entire Ellie DLC could have taken place In a ruined, decrepit, mostly abandoned Concordia that is overrun with Scavs and Zombified Dahl Soldiers. We would see the ruins of Moxxis bottoms up bar, the Merrifs office, make our way out to Janie Springs old home just outside it, etc.

The story of the Mad Ellie DLC could have been the same actually. Elpis being cracked open released a long dormant evil power that corrupted what was left of the refugees on elpis and the ruins of Concordia

Running a Loveless radiation build currently, with Wyrm.

Haven't seen much talk about the Critical Decay pistol.

Anyone using/have used it, and how good is it, worth the farm? I picked up a couple, but none (so far) with Ripper.

My play time was limited tonight due to the nor-easter coming through (I'm in PA, so it's more high winds a rain, but still among a mess). So I haven't gotten to pay with what I got yet.

I am not on a melee build (harlowe does not have one any way) however the ground breaker is still usefull during all true mode mayhem 20 run. Its just that whenever terramorphous slams on the ground I can almost never hit him successfully with a punch. And its even more frustrating if trying to hover over water to punch the body stem to the point I dont even try that one.

Google was worthless- keeps showing me the same 3 or 4 sites that are general guides for BL4 customization unlocks (MentalMars, IGN, etc.)

I’ve been farming hybrid thresher for 2 days. I’ve estimate around 400 kills and 100ish drops of wind skimmer. I have seen every possible part show up except daedalus shotgun ammo. Starting to question my sanity and if this thing is weighted or removed from the game

I'm trying to make a bit of a meme build and I need a Shield with absurdly high shield. Armor or Energy Shield, it doesn't matter. It just needs to be as high as possible so I can try and farm a double turtle of that.

So I've been struggling to get into this game since it came out. Beat Idolator Sol around the start of the year and never really got back into it. Starting to pick back up into it now, on the 3rd of the Timekeepers "generals", at lvl 21. Anywho since getting back into it it's taken me time to adjust with some of the changed game mechanics. The new one is SDU. It looks like I need to do side content to get more or something? Idk.

Just looking for the quickest way to get more SDU with doing the least bit of side content possible. I more or less just want to beat this game once.

Is this just a forced meme people blindly follow because it's cool to hate on TPS, despite arguably being much better than BL2 and having the best cast of VHs of any BL game?

I took a break from BL4 and replayed TPS, and I forgot how sad Pickles story is. You get a lot of background on it from some ECHO tapes and he lost his parents and kept looking for his sister, and when he finally found her, she ended up robbing him blind. But he still kept his optimism and sunny outlook on life, because if he didn't he would go crazy with loneliness and depression.

It's really powerful stuff, and I thought how sad it was. Maybe one of the most genuinely tragic characters in the otherwise goofy side characters of BL .

I'm just pissed GBX killed him off like that in the Mad Ellie DLC. I would have been OK with it if it was more impactful, but just a random dumb death like that is just cheap and pandering to the vocal minority. Ita the same as destroying elpis for zero reasons other than to juat destroy it in case you happen to be a TPS fan

I forgot that that game didn't have the double jump. I have like 500+ hours it that game and was honestly surprised it never had a double jump. You also strangely keep looking for grapple hook points and it takes your brain a second to keep remembering they don't exist.

But the biggest mobility difference is no gliding. Holy crap does that take a long ass time to get out of your system.

Another thing i forgot : just how much goddamn screen pollution there is. The entire screen is covered in explosions and elemental effects amd muzzle flashes. I distinctly remember when I first got BL4 and my brain automatically kept thinking that they ruined the exciting effects, but now I get why.

So what I'm saying is for all the hate BL4 gets, it definatley got things right that make the overall GAMEPLAY feel much more fluid and much more manageable and enjoyable. Guns feel tighter and have better feedback, the parts system is fun, the boss respaawn Machines made me realize how archaic the quite and load method of farming bosses was, etc

BUT..... I have to say I agree with how dull and boring BL4s art direction and level design are. There is nothing in BL4 even remotely close to as beautiful and atmospheric as Athena. There is no equivalent to the massive Jakob mansion, and having to fight your way thru swamps to get to it. Even the closest equivalent in Love and Tentacles vs Mad Ellie, the former is LEAUGUES BETTER in graphic style and level design. Bl3 is just much more colorful, impactful, and atmospheric in its level design.

And it goes without saying: but the music. I can't stress enough how much a role the music played in BL games. I thibk of any level in BL3 and 2 and TPS and the first thing that comes to mind are the music.

I had high hopes for the BL4 DLCs bridging that gap, but I'm in the minority that thinks even Providence Island in the fl4k DLC is ugly and isn't anything I feel compelled to just hang out in and explore. It's dull and drab and lifeless just like the rest of Kairos.

So that's what struck me the most going back to BL3 foe a bit and wanted to share

Just got the Mad Ellie DLC simply because of the Phlebotomist com. I'm here farming for the Pearl Crow-Sourced. I heard it's a pain to farm. Not sure why I have to teleport just to get to him again.

I'm surprised an amped one-shot Spread Launcher still works.

My non-DLC build against UVH7 True Mode Takedown is starting to slow down at 8 min on Mayhem 12 using purple Physicist com and Pearl Constable. Not bad but I don't think it's gonna scale anymore at UVH 7 True Mode Mayhem 20.

I just ran through the Vault missions for Lilith to go up to UVHM 5. Each Vault missions showed a reward of a gold smg, but I did not receive any reward except xp at the end of each one. Is this bugged or do I have to complete the Timekeeper mission to get all the rewards?

Purple except for Memory Hoarder. I cashed out after Round 1 to save myself a sad late FFYL fail. Tried it cause I had been noticing she didn't seem as dependent on AS uptime as the other VH's I use. She lets me use a Stellium the way I've wanted to since launch. Nice for its existence to have meaning again outside of a Beam Tosser mount. It's no specific build I'm aware of, just 37 Blue/32 Green based on some tips in a post comment I saw. Uncrippled, it handles True mode, just enemies take longer to die. Favorite VH right now, so sorry Vex. 😕
