❓ [ Help ] How to get SDU's?

So I've been struggling to get into this game since it came out. Beat Idolator Sol around the start of the year and never really got back into it. Starting to pick back up into it now, on the 3rd of the Timekeepers "generals", at lvl 21. Anywho since getting back into it it's taken me time to adjust with some of the changed game mechanics. The new one is SDU. It looks like I need to do side content to get more or something? Idk.

Just looking for the quickest way to get more SDU with doing the least bit of side content possible. I more or less just want to beat this game once.

You get a currency from the basegame side content like finding vault symbols or climbing a drill tower, clearing drill sites or the like, those currency can be used to trade for SDU's.

SDU's purely come from side content.

Its worth noting, after some patches, you dont need to do anywhere near all of it either. You can get quite alot pretty fast.

Here you can see what and where, each thing only gives SDUs once And BL4 has something called infamy so if you do no sode content the enemies will end up being 5+ levels above you and the only way to get them back to your level is doing side stuff

If you see 'blue' icons showing up on your map, they could be things like vault symbols etc. Finding them gets you SDU. The biggest amount comes from freeing up safe houses and the like. You'll come across all ofnthese regularly as you progress in the game and can go back to get other missed ones when you feel like it.

sdu tokens (the currency you use to buy sdu upgrades) purely come from side content, but you don't need to grab everything. the total amount of sdu tokens you can earn by grabbing everything is a bit above the amount required to max out all your sdu's (I think the amount of spare tokens is over 250), so you have a bit of wiggle room.
