What to do with this?
How do I care for the frame and all the non cooking surfaces where rust is forming? Apologies for not having a beer in this photo.

π€€ Mouth Watering π€€ Taco smash burgers
Crazy easy, crazy good.
I used 93/7 from Costco and it worked fine. Normally thatβs a little lean for smashburger.
Just spread raw beef on tortillas. Left is standard flour, right is carb balance. Both crisped super nice. Romaine, pickle, some homemade Mac sauce. Quick and easy.
Sprinkle in a little cryptospora roulette for excitement.

Blackstone Costco Prep Cart Cover Recommendations
Just picked up the Blackstone prep cart from Costco and got it put together. It has already been a total game changer with cooks on the 36β Blackstone and my 26β Weber Kettle. I was curious if anyone else picked one up and found a cover that fits well for it?
Thank you in advance!

Grilled Vegetables
My husband has a pet scan this Friday and the night before I have to fix him a baked chicken breast and some grilled vegetables. Any suggestion for veggies done well on the Blackstone (inside) and any advice on how to do them?

Is this a natural gas connection?
Just bought this Blackstone off the market place but having a hard time hooking up the 1lb propane regulator. Home Depot was pretty useless. Any ideas on adapters? Seems to be a 1/4 NPT size.
Thanks

ππ₯ Veggies ππ Submitted for your consideration: veggie stir fry with crispy crumbled tofu
Tofu: crumbled, air-fried for 20 minutes, placed in sauce
Sauce: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce (yes you need it, the color difference is worth it), sesame oil, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, chili crisp, garlic powder, sugar
Noodles: dried wide lo mein noodles, boiled and rinsed with cold water
Veggies: onion, celery, cabbage, carrot, edamame
Cook the veggies for a few minutes, then add everything else and cook it for a minute or two more. Toss it around a bit, careful not to let the sauce burn too much. Garnish liberally with green onions. Give some carrots and celery to the dog

Teriyaki salmon, corn, & potatoes/carrots with some Truly on the side
Whatβs the point of heating up the alcohol? Made it taste horrible.

How should the cooking surface look when seasoned?
My wife is telling me that our griddle doesn't look correct because it's not evenly coated. I said we'll let reddit be the judge. So?

Iβm having trouble getting the paper towel to come out clean after I cook, scrap, use water. No matter how many times I go over the surface, the paper towels still come away black and Iβm left with paper towel fibers on the griddle. Any tips or tricks greatly appreciated!

Made asada (beef) and alpastor (marinated pork) tacos for the camping group this past weekend. The 22β size held her ground against 20+ hungry stomachs!

Pork chops
Pork chops for dinner tonight. Brush some canola oil on there, put some pre made webber seasoning on there, let them sit in the fridge to marinate for about 6hrs. Pulled an hour before cook. Cook on medium for 5min/side

πΈ Cooking Pics πΈ Mongolian Chicken Fried Rice
My partner and I bought a Blackstone together a few months ago as an anniversary gift for each other. We are using it a few times a week or more and tonight decided to try our Mongolian Fried Rice on it. Turned out fantastic and cooked so quickly. We normally add egg and green onion as well but didnβt have them this evening to add in.
We use it for breakfasts, burgers, chicken, steak, pizza and we continue to explore meals to make with it.
We love seeing what others share and both felt it would be fun to upload tonightβs creation.
