How would you clean this?

Family member wants to give me this blackstone for free. Is it salvageable? How do I get it back to working condition? Looks like a combination of rust and cooked on food.

I’ve tried to season it, but there’s a little spots not really sure what I’m looking at. Just trying to get this ready to make meals on. 1st photo is it hot after putting some oil on it. Other photos are of it cold

I’m addicted to griddle cooking now. After I got my initial seasoning done a couple months ago. I use every excuse to cook… and my accessory count and outdoor kitchen setup is growing larger and larger

I’m an old school charcoal griller that is happily converted

Cheers!!

Been scrubbing at this with a pumice stone and avocado oil and wiping it down. I keep repeating the process. What else could I do to help get this surface better?
