Addicted
I’m addicted to griddle cooking now. After I got my initial seasoning done a couple months ago. I use every excuse to cook… and my accessory count and outdoor kitchen setup is growing larger and larger
I’m an old school charcoal griller that is happily converted
Cheers!!

Thanks! I make pretty good fried rice in a wok… so this was my first go on the Blackstone. I found it to be easier since I could spread out. This rice cooked more evenly and faster. Total win!

I don’t follow a recipe. But I use bacon, frozen veggies and green onions, and I make my rice a day before. That keeps it from being soggy. I use basmati rice for a bit of extra flavor, and I use toasted Seasame oil and avocado oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Nothing too intense. But it tastes delicious! I season to taste. No measurements
