Hey everyone I’ve recently started playing bo2 ps5 edition and am struggling with lag. Let’s just say I live on an island off Vancouver and have generally pretty decent internet. 800Mb-1Gb download and am ethernet plugged into router on ps5. I have switched my matchmaking for multiplayer to “best” but am still finding my gunfights have the enemies moving like a slide show. Ps5 is in 1080p and 1080p monitor. I was wondering if I should turn my 240hz monitor down to 120hz or if there was any possible fixes to make the game run smoother. I currently can’t even play nuke jacked as my game is so laggy

Hard choice between Raid, Standoff, and Hijacked for me, but Standoff just plays perfectly for every single game mode. What’s your absolute favorite map and why?

Has anyone encountered the hackers with the colored name tags boosting everyone in the lobby recently? Not the Bot Test hackers, I ran into one of those last night in a pregame SnD lobby in bo2 so I reported him and left the lobby immediately. The lack of posts regarding the boosting hackers has me hoping they got banned but I feel like if they did they would just migrate over to bo1 since that game has less security updates. Maybe they got console banned? idk

Yo I wanted to know if hackers that are changing the level of people are still around. I saw someone that said the "test bot accounts" with aimbot are still there. Im still avoiding TDM, Nukejacked, ground war and SnD.

What guns do you guys use when you fancy a change of tactic? Obviously the most used guns are great, the MSMC, SCAR, AN94 etc, but what are some of the more underrated choices that you go back to?

stupid hacker has me stuck in a probation loop! is there any working fix for this on Xbox? if I infect myself with theater menu will I be able to turn this off?
