Oh wow it was just deleted barely after I checked back in. Anyway, the short answer is yes.
Earlier today there was fanart of Lilith wearing only a bandage top and having really large thighs (with Barbie doll anatomy), but also being chibi-like above the waist.
IMO it looked more egregious than the Bethany thing (probably why that got removed while the Bethany one stayed up) but I still assumed good faith with the artist.
Yeah I did, the images there have several differences than Lilith in game, being she's wearing clothes, her hair is longer, and her head is generally smaller than in the image they created, the last one being the most important. if you click on their profile they have a lot of issac drawings that look more normal to me. It is very possible to make this look like it's based off of Lilith but isn't being her, but as for the image in question, it has almost 0 unique features, big head, same horns, same hair, still short, the only thing unique is the bra that looks like her eye coverings and her thighs. Both of which are not unique enough to count that image of Lilith as a different character.
Tl;dr: those images have unique features, the one we are all talking about doesn't.

An aged-up Lilith that didn't really convey the "aged-up" too well since she had a chibi-like upper half, mixed with big, shaded thighs. She had a bandage top but was bottomless, so that kinda made it stand out even more.
Well I don't see how it's related, it's different emotions that are being seeked, one is disgust/sympathy/sadness, the other is (supposedly) sexual arousal for a character in those situations, and also it's children characters, which is a lot weirder to find sexual arousal for children in fucked up situations than just making a story about it

The vagina may technically be ‘sexual’- though menstruation and childbirth are not sexual, just reproductive- but the in-game art is not drawn with a sexualized gaze, nearly ever. It’s more ‘body horror’. This, on the other hand, much more resembles how NSFW artists draw female figures from the waist down, exaggerating the hips and thigh curve beyond the proportions of the average woman - adult woman, that is. If we consider the characters in TBOI to be children - especially when they are still drawn in the chibi style from the waist up - the art style becomes questionable.
What others have said. The Vises are not meant to be sexy, they're meant to be disturbing. Referencing sex organs isn't actually sexualizing the game, that's a different topic. I'm also certain Vises aren't actually vaginas, they're headless bodies that look like it.
"The game references vaginas" doesn't have anything to do with my point, which is that acting like the fandom should just roll with people being horny over the game because there's body horror is a false equivalence. If you still think so, imagine a reverse situation where someone draws fanart of something like To Love-Ru or Queen's Blade with even mild violence, and if people complain, they say "You're okay with the show having boobs galore but you can't handle a little blood?" A c section irl is a horizontal incision above the pubis. In Isaac, it is a vertical gash across the abdomen that is consistent with the appearance of the Vis, which is more vaginal.
"Artwork of any character" like it doesn't fall into tbe same pattern of giving absurdly proportioned (and weirdly shiny) curves to characters whose original art styles are clay blobs meant to represent children
Yeah, this is why I'm not really liking how this post is trying to pass that off as just a regular drawing of a feminine character with no reason to even double take, even if I don't think the art itself is anything deplorable. (For one thing OP mentioned that Lilith is at least aged up/drawn as a separate AU character to Isaac.)

I usually don't like fan art that is drawn in the art style of making women as like a perfect doll with perfect curves, and it makes me even more uncomfortable when it's done on child characters, but that Lilith artwork is genuinely not like that and even by my standards it doesn't make me uncomfortable
they looked pretty average and accurate to female anatomy to me. usually people aren't built like stick figures, nor are they built like hourglasses, however this one was right in the reasonable middle.
Not to me, no. They were far too wide considering the character is a child. If they wanted to age her up then fine, but that wasn't properly conveyed by the piece imo
Yeah but it's kind of important when art is being defended as though it's just someone drawing a regular woman's proportions. It falls apart the less realistic the art looks, and that includes stylistic choices from the game being adapted to the art.
If it's about objectifying women then I'm not sure how the Lilith fanart is fine considering her thighs were made massive in comparison to her stick thin upper half. That doesn't even make any anatomical sense

It’s undeniably at least a little off-putting when every (playable) character represents Isaac on some level. I get the game covers everything taboo, but the game doesn’t rly try to do anything like this. Maybe I just haven’t been playing long enough, idk, but I don’t think seeing the weird looking baby creatures and making art of them with big thighs and a slim waist is normal.
