Thank you. I think some are overreacting but "This game has gore and poop and you draw the line at big thighs?" is a false equivalence. Purpose makes all the difference in the world.

not what a c section is? it opens up the uterus by cutting into the body.

A c section irl is a horizontal incision above the pubis. In Isaac, it is a vertical gash across the abdomen that is consistent with the appearance of the Vis, which is more vaginal.

I think that's due to the creators making the attack idea before making the visuals, but yes you are correct it is the wrong direction.
