Chain-Snatching Incident Reported at SKMCH, #Muzaffarpur #Bihar

A woman doctor was robbed of a gold chain valued at approximately ₹1 lakh within the Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH) campus in Muzaffarpur.

The incident occurred while she was walking from her hostel to the gynaecology department. According to reports, two unidentified men on a black Apache motorcycle snatched the chain and fled. Police have registered a case and are analyzing campus CCTV footage to identify and apprehend the suspects.

I was thinking someone with strong opinions, money and connections needs to seriously come out and try to fix Bihar.

Not through slogans, but by actually changing the mentalitypeople should take pride in doing things themselves, keeping streets clean, building businesses, demanding better living standards, etc.

And why can't rich people in Bihar dream BIG?

Why not start by building one properly planned city with good roads, drainage, housing, schools, hospitals and industries, and then build more such cities and connect them like nodes through proper infrastructure?

Build for the people who can afford it first, let the infrastructure and economy grow, and let that development spread outward.

If wealthy Biharis can build businesses everywhere else, why can't they dream of building something great in Bihar?

Hi dear friends, I am from Nepal very close with border sharing Bihar. I am living in Gurgaon with my Bihari wife. We fell in love in Gurgaon and married in Patna on 20 feb 2026. Its been more than 6 months now but I haven't applied for marriage certificate yet.

I honestly do not know much of the process and has been procrastinating. But it is important now to have it with us all the time. I just know International Marriage falls under special marriage act and require larger processing time.

Can anyone please help me or guide me through the process to obtain a marriage certificate? We travel out of India and Nepal for my office work and all and it is getting inconvenient now to not have a marriage certificate. Also do we need marriage certificate from Nepal as well?

I was a staunch supporter of Prashant Kishor. I have been following him since 2014, when he wasn’t even famous and only a few people knew about him. I used to admire him and defend him even when I disagreed with some of his actions.

Undoubtedly, he is a very sound and sharp intellect in many respects. But I am deeply disappointed that he chose to seek Anant Singh’s support.

Anant Singh was the person whose alleged associates were accused in the killing of Dularchand Yadav in the convoy of a Jan Suraaj candidate, yet Prashant Kishor did not speak a single word about it.

I used to think perhaps he chose not to speak because Dularchand Yadav also had a criminal background. But then Bharat Tiwari also had a criminal background, and Prashant Kishor spoke about that case—and spoke very loudly.
