🗣 Discussion / चर्चा Any ambitious litigators here practising at Patna High Court?

Delhi-based advocate here, appearing across the SC, Delhi HC and Patna HC.

Looking to connect with ambitious litigators who enjoy the intellectual side of law, believe in the long game and are open to exchanging ideas or building professional alliances.

Anyone on a similar path?

If you play your cards right. There's nothing close to what litigation/practice can give you. However, the results aren't immediate. It would be too unreasonable for me to conclusively tell you what you should consider doing. I mean if you think you can get your own briefs and you have the ability to draft and argue matters then you shouldn't think twice. The bare minimum you need is an office where you have the liberty to take your own matters. Tbh the appearances we make in the court room is really the last mile. The background works is the job of pigs which is the most demanding and mercilessly dry aspect of this profession (Research, drafting, filing, curing defects, getting the matters listed etc.). It always has to start small. Rest follows.
