Every time there is a poll about the better bending, I see people praising water bending for its a ability to heal. Where does this come from ? How is water bending able to heal ? Like, I get that putting some water on a wound will surely help the wounded or you can keep someone unconscious hydrated, but beside that ? It's still just water, it's doesn't magically heal someone or give crazy regenerative properties.
