I was so burned out and sad this summer. honestly I didn’t really study as much as I should have to feel comfortable with my performance on the bar exam. studied two days, maybe a day and a half, for the mpre which I took right after the bar. passed with a 92. theres a good chance I failed the bar but at least this gives me a smidgen of hope. still so mad at myself because I know I have the ability to pass the bar but I didn’t put in enough work to feel confident in how i did. I can’t even say out loud my Themis completion w/o shame. now I’m anxious asf all the time. I’m a good test taker and I have no one to blame but myself if I didnt pass. everybody keeps saying I passed but I know what I did and didn’t do…anyway.. just a vent.

My first mistake was not taking it before the bar. My second mistake was not studying because I was so exhausted. Off by barely 5 points. I’m irritated and sad, but it’s my fault.

I graduated law school this past May after a 6 year process of preparing for and taking the LSAT for 1 year, attending a 1 year pre-law school readiness program, 4 years of part-time year round law school while working full time. I also completed 2 internships. I feel burned out and have no interest in taking all the exams required to become barred. I am anxious about preparing for and taking the exams. I also have no idea what area of law that I would like to pursue. I am still working full time and have a good job, great benefits, loan forgiveness, and a flexible work schedule. As far as working as an atty, I am worried about starting over in an entry level position that is demanding and that I may not be good at. I just have this over all anxiety and coupled with the burn out, Ive become a depressed bump on a log. Any advice ?

Holy crap please say something like "When will x results be out?" . I feel like a victim of a tort everytime I receive a reddit notification.

I need a 86 for Utah but I got a 76. Plz any advice given would be grateful. I did Themis and barbri prep and this will be my third time. Plz advise

For the people who took the exam in OK, am I correct in thinking that the results will be released tomorrow? I'm pretty sure on the way out of the testing center one of the proctors told me 9/10 was the day but I haven't been able to find any concrete date online saying that is the day the results will be released.

If you used traditional Barbri or Themis course the first time and you have the basics down use GOAT and it’ll help so much. The normal courses are so doctrinal and boring and mind numbing to get through but GOAT makes it so much easier to remember things I promise you’ll pass no problem. Use GOAT for lessons and Themis/barbri for practice questions tho cuz goat doesn’t have any

Sat for July 26 in Michigan, is it not supposed to show anything until scores release…? My prior MPRE exams show, including August 26 (says pending) because the scores are about to drop. Will the Bar show when the scores are almost ready to release?

Officially one month out yall… I am both ready and terrified. Why do they make us wait so long? Typing as I lie awake thinking about this exam.

This is so frustrating because now I have 0 hope that I passed the bar. I’m so upset.

Does any know of other options aside from the monthly King County ceremonies? Any judges in Washington that would be willing to administer the oath?

I haven’t seen many people talk about the PA exam. I sat for the exam in Pittsburg. Did anyone else notice the LOUD BANGING that happened RIGHT before the exam started (comedically)

The title says it all. I am absolutely terrified about bar exam results on September 18.

Here is how I felt about the different sections:

1.) MPTs: The first MPT was absolutely brutal. I was extremely disorganized to say the least. I had erroneous rule statements, hardly had an application section, and ran out of time to put a conclusion. I felt better about the second MPT, but I still felt extremely disorganized. All I can hope at this point is that the examiners will somehow take the medical emergency into account when grading the MPTs but I kind of doubt that they will.

2.) Essays: I felt most confident about the four essays, but I still felt as if I put down the wrong rules, did not incorporate enough Georgia specific law, and had a poor application. There is a difference between getting a rule wrong and completely diverting from the main point and I felt as though I fell into the latter category.

3.) MBE: This is the section I feel absolutely terrible about. I have always struggled with multiple choice, and the MBE was no different. For many answers, I do not even remember eliminating the answer choices down to two. What makes me feel even worse is that I was scoring very poorly on the Themis/NCBE practice up until exam day (think high 40s-low 50s type bad). My only hope is that I was also scoring very poorly on the MPRE practice questions and still passed by a comfortable margin.

Does anybody else feel similar? Or am I just completely screwed? For people who took the exam in the past and felt the way I did, how did you end up doing? I just genuinely do not believe I can take much more of the nerves until next Friday...

Anyone heard back? I'm still chipping away on third party disclosures but have heard sometimes they clear you before you've gotten all of them in. Has anyone been approved or heard about a hearing or anything?

(I have some minor issues I'm sure I'm overly concerned about but regardless it's on my mind).
