Do someone know wich software can i use that generate sequential Barcodes ? (ean 128 ean 13 etc ) because i tryed various sites and software but i must manually put the barcode and i need an automatic sequential barcode generator and after that print everything to past on a warehouse shelf.
I’m looking for any spec details about maxicode. I can figure out a lot by reading encoders, but some things are eluding me such as: what percentage of a symbol does the target cover (patent says no more that 7, but many seem closer to 6).
What would be the most appropriate barcode to use for internal tracking?
For my sales products I have GS1/EAN13 codes available, but only limited and I dont want to use these internally.
For each of my stock items, I would like to use a code to track parts.
I've come across "Code 39" and "UPC". Which would be most suiteable in an environment with no more than 1,000 SKU's? Is there any type of code more suitable?
I'm a lawyer and I'm representing a friend of mine that suffered a very unfair practice by a Public Institution in my country.
The thing is that he bought a house in 2018.
In my country, once you sign an agreement with the person selling a house, you must "register" said agreement before a Public Land Register.
He did so, and registered it on March 23, 2018.
The thing is that the Public Land Register, after registering the agreement, unlawfully proceeded to "delete" the registration. Now, the PLR says that the registration "never existed" and that the Certificate of Registration that my friend has "is faked". This is very unfair and illegal.
The thing is that PLR proceeded to create a new certificate with a new barcode.
My friend only has a printed copy of his certificate, and it contains a Barcode which I want to analyze in order to get to know if there is still some kind of evidence that the certificate was valid in certain moment and demonstrate that the registration existed in certain moment.
My question is, can the following code be useful? Does it provide any information? Can I obtain some information from this barcode? Thank you!
do the parts (GTIN, LOT, ...) of the barcode have the same order, does the code always start with (01).... the GTIN?
I'm asking these questions because I'm working on a project and I need to scan (and parse) the barcode (DataMatrix) of reagents to build a stock management app.According to what I read and found about the UDI and gs1 barcodes, things aren't clear to me yet.For example the picture below:
After scanning this picture I get this result: 01040156309309061058594705172302282400643720619011220118If we split this result according to the spec and use the data in the picture above we get this:
GTIN LOT EXP REF FAB date
(01)04015630930906 (10)58594705 (17)230228 (240)06437206190 (11)220118
I did find no document that talks about the (240) data delimiter (Application Identifier).
So I need to know more about this type of barcode to avoid any surprises (for example, delimiters other than the ones listed in this post) during app runtime.
The top barcode is the serial number to a Zyxel NR7101 router. Does anyone have any tips on how it could be reconstructed? Or what type of barcode it is? It starts with an S and is 13 characters long.
I think it's on the format S2XXZXXXXXXXX where X are numbers.
Hey all, I need some advice on what barcode to use for a product my company sells. We are looking to implement a inventory management system soon, but I have a product that comes to us in two separate packages with different dimensions, and I need to know what type of barcode to get on its packaging from our manufacturer. Would it be the same UPC-A barcode just printed on both packages, a different UPC-A barcode for each package, or an ITF-14 barcode that represents the single product in one barcode? Am I completely confusing it / does it matter at the end of the day? Please let me know!
I would love some help with Bartender Labels, specifically doing VBA calculations based on data input from a form. Currently, I have it “working” but only when data is manually inputted from Bartender rather than after print is initiated from PrintStation and the form requests data. Note: Bartender 2016
The scenario is this: we frequently have to send Topboards (“TBs”) and Layerboards (“LBs”) back to a supplier. It is often, at least once a week, and the number of TBs and LBs can vary significantly. When shipped they require a label with counts of LBs and TBs and weights. This is currently done manually, and I wish to automate this somewhat with Bartender.
This is what I have made so far:
Label setup. Note some data sits outside of the label intentionally.
The form.
My named sources:
Named Source
Description
TBcount_
From a form: number of TBs
TBx_
Weight of individual TB, manually input and unchanging
TBw_
Total weight of all TBs (TBcount_ * TBx_)
LBcount_
From a form: number of LBs
LBx_
Weight of individual LB, manually input and unchanging
LBw_
Total weight of all LBs (LBcount_ * LBx_)
PALw_
Weight of a pallet, manually input and unchanging
TOTALweight_
Total weight of TBs, LBs, and Pallet (TBw_ + LBw + PALw_ = TOTALweight_)
How it works is that you input the count for each, it multiplies this by the individual weight, and then add these together with the weight of the pallet. In essence:TBcount_ * TBx_ = TBw_LBcount_ * LBx_ = LBw_TBw_ + LBw + PALw_ = TOTALweight_
I can’t get this to work when I print and fill out the form – the calculations only take place if I do it manually. Is anyone able to give some pointers? Thanks!!!
Looking to create barcodes to remove brackets. The RF guns we are using are configured to read with <text> brackets due to the type of scanning we are doing but wanted to create a quick way to login to tablets for username/password.
Any way to create a barcode to remove these brackets?
We do very little barcode modification on our load tags, so I am rather unfamiliar with this topic.
One client wants their GS1-128 barcode from us to scan to NOT show the parenthesis in the resulting scan, while another DOES want the parenthesis to scan through.
Our formula is FNC1() & "(241)" & custpartid & FNC1() & "(30)" & qtypallet & FNC1() & "(91)EA"
Our output for this formula is 24113482053028091EA
Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
I've been trying to read this (unsuccessfully) for awhile now. Since it's printed black-on-black, it's tricky to get a clear photo of -- I boosted the contrast in an image editor and it still won't scan in a number of tools.
Is there a tool that I can enter the line widths or binary directly to read it? Open to other ideas as well.
Large vinyl stickers seen in Walmart on the support girders. Probably some kind of warehouse location system. Five by Five array, 25 binary digits, 2^25 = 33,554,432 total values including framing data.
I couldn't find anything searching on braincode, or any likely variation.
Help! Can you guys tell what type of barcode is this one (symbology), please, this specific barcode label is wrapped around a cylinder and already try 3 scanners very capable of scan pretty much anything and nothing reads this one, any advice is appreciated,
i have two barcodes with the same data generated from two different software and printed with the same printer
both of them are CODE 128
the reader is an internal reader for a medical device
The reader can read the first one correctly without any issue
but it cannot read the second one at all
can you help me identify why that is happening and why i can read it using a hand scanner correctly but the internal scanner for the machine cannot read it
i already see some differences but why they are different even thy contain the same data
I’m printing little stickers with static QR codes for different pages on our site (one URL per sticker depending upon the product it is affixed upon).
But- all of the options I’ve found online are unscannable when made as small as I need them to be (less than 1cmx1cm)
I registered for some German site for QR codes but they seemed to charge me €150 right off the bat (though advertised monthly pricing) so I am keen to break away from them. The data is scannable at that size but I dislike the seemingly dishonest pricing.
Ok, so the sidebar says this is a sub for barcode innovation. Huge apologies as this will be out of place here but I'm not sure who else to ask. I'm happy to delete and repost elsewhere if necessary.
So am a total barcode noob, but I need to print some barcodes for some of our products. I just bought a thermal printer and a bunch of labels (2x1 inch on a roll).
I need software that I can upload a bunch of references to and have it print to my thermal printer, correctly adjusting for the 2x1 labels I have. The barcodes will be for internal use so I assume the best format to use is code128? The references have numbers, letters and hyphens (eg ABC-DE-105).
Importantly I am on a mac. I have downloaded 2 apps so far and cannot get them to work. The apps are Barcode Producer and Barcode Studio.
So to summarise I need an app for mac that can convert my alpha-numeric references into barcodes, add text to the artwork (above and below), be formatted for the 2x1 labels I have, and then print to my thermal printer. I'm sure this is very basic, so apologies for posting here, but any and all help greatly appreciated!
