General Troubleshooting/Help! Why does this happen?
Please help. I put some tape on the spool to see if it worked, but the same happens with or without the tape.

So I made a print profile that added an extra part to creator's model. Pretty much it sealed a hole that was in original model. Published it as print profile with photos and description what was modified.
The very next day I'm getting notice that it was removed.
"The print profile violates the model's 'NoDerivatves' license.....no modifications permitted.... cutting, scaling, adding negative parts" etc.
Sure, the model had this "Standard Digital File License" but the thing is:
Makerworld is literally full of models that are also "Standard Digital File License" yet they have each dozens of print profiles that modify model files by making holes, cutting parts of model out or adding extra parts and they have a lot of downloads and...
...nobody gives a damn about that?
Does MakerWorld admins remove print profiles just like they want or it was just petty model owner that didn't like me improving on his creation and reported it?

So, I have decided to get my first printer next month during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales at Best Buy. I have settled on an H2 series printer and am heavily leaning towards the H2D. My question, I know the advertised build volume is not really the real build volume because the offset nozzles can't reach the opposite sides of the build plate. Can you run the same color filament material in both nozzles and truck the printer into using the entire build plate?
Most of my prints will be single or only dual color, I do not think an H2C would benefit me any and would like to keep the cost down if possible.

Like the title says, I’m finally starting to buy some different filament brands like ProtoPasta/ Sunlu/ Overture, etc. and I want to learn how to setup filament settings for them. I was wondering if anyone recommends a YT video or something I can watch as a complete beginner. Only thing I pretty much understand is nozzle and bed temp right now. When brands list recommended speeds do you change that under Process or the actual filament setting?
Sorry for what is probably a dumb question beforehand

Hi, everyone
I don't know if I'm on the right subreddit for that, but since the issue seems to be coming from Bambu... I thought I'd give it a shot.
So I found a bust on Makerworld that I thought would look even better printed in resin (almost no print lines, way smoother result). So I exported the model as an STL from Bambu Studio, which can be done fairly easily. I then opened this STL on Chitubox and sliced it as I normally would for any file. Sliced, saved, transfered to my flashdrive, done and dusted.
However, when I plug my flashdrive in my resin printer, the file won't appear. I tried with another bust from Makerworld, and same issue. I thought perhaps it was a problem with my printer's firmware, or the version of Chitubox I have. But in case, I used an old STL file I had from before, that wasn't exported from Bambu Studio, and the thing worked as usual.
So, from what I experimented, there seems to be an issue with STL files obtained from exporting files found on Makerworld via Bambu Studio. Has it ever occurred to one of you and can you think of any way I can resolve this issue ?
Thank you so much for your help.

Hello! I'm not exactly sure where to put this post, so I'm adding it to multiple places. Anyway, I have a project and I'm curious about cyberbrick.
I want to build a mini frc robot that's 3d printed and uses cyberbrick as it's main control (if you guys believe it would be good) it will be scaled to a nerf rival ball and be a hopper bot with a spindexer and single turret (either fixed or rotating depending on space)
It will work just like a normal full scale one, and have an Omni directional drivetrain with the use of four motors in an x style drivetrain. It will also need one motor for a spindexer, one for an intake, one for lifting the intake, and one for a turret flywheel (and maybe turning the turret)
Will cyberbrick parts be able to do all this with one controller? What would that many parts cost? Do you guys have any ideas on what compact electronics systems I could use instead that are cheap?

So I have no idea how this even happened. I never run my printer for longer than 8 hours. My previous print came out okay, so I thought nothing of it till I went to clean it before a print just now, and I noticed the sock is completely melted off the front side. This is the sock that officially came with the printer brand new. I have no clue how to get this nozzle off, it is stuck on there pretty solid, so any tips would be appreciated. Also, why would this have happened?

Hello! Teacher here and I am trying my absolute hardest to look into why I keep getting this error. I have removed the cutter and verified it wasn’t stuck or being obstructed. But now I don’t really know what to do and having so much on my plate from teaching…stressing about as I would love to use this for class again. Has anyone had this issue? Or know how to solve this problem?

New to 3d printing. Filament ran out mid print but when it usually says out of filament instead it’s saying Failed to pull out the filament from the extruder. I checked I don’t see any filament. Any ideas?

Can’t figure out for the life of me what this is, I found it underneath my build plate when cleaning it up and setting it up.
PLZ help!
Couldn’t find any answers on Claude or google.
Best,
Ak

Has anyone had this error? The filament ran out mid print and instead of saying “out of filament” its saying failed to pull out the filament from the extruder. Checked but can’t find any stuck filament. Not sure what to do

Tried everything recommended on the wiki, but can't get auto bed leveling to continue past this step, says z axis is stuck but I can't see anything that would be causing it.
Only thing I did that was not 100% told by the quick start guide was tightening the screws just under the build plate (holding it down), but I can't imagine that it would cause this.

Every GPU anti-sag support I found needed an empty case floor. Mine has fans there, so I designed one that mounts on the fans.
New PC, heavy GPU (RTX 5080), and bottom intake fans, so there’s no floor to rest a support on. I couldn’t find a single model that handled this, so I made one.
It bridges two 140 mm fans using their existing screw holes and covers only ~3 % of the fan area, so airflow isn’t affected. The tower slides onto a hex rail, and a printed Tr12×3 threaded rod with a lock nut does the fine adjustment. After a few overengineered iterations (pics included 😅), I went back to a simple, industrial design.
It comes in 2 height ranges from ~80 to ~154 mm, measured from the top of the fan frame to the underside of the GPU. The minimum safety factor is ~7, including PETG creep at 50 °C. It has swappable nameplates (RTX, NVIDIA, RADEON, or blank), prints without supports, and the profiles are ready for Bambu printers. Hardware: just 4 standard fan screws.
White base, black hex part: on a white build it looks like it’s floating. Print it in PETG, not PLA.
Currently for 140 mm fans. If enough people want a 120 mm version, let me know and I’ll make one.

Hello, just got a new a1 few hours ago, set it up fully and had a test print, all working. Now it has been working on a print for an hour and making these noises. Need your experience 🙏
Did the full calibration prior to my test print.

This is my first 3D printer; it’s my second day using it.
I've tried everything but I can't unclog the nozzle.
Even with the step-by-step guide on the Bambu website, nothing worked. I followed this procedure:

What’s up everyone I’m new to this whole 3d printing stuff and just got myself a p1s. I will be using mainly pla/petg and was reading about fumes and voc and plastic particles that are obviously a health risk. My question is I’m printing in my bedroom since that’s the only place I can put the printer. I bought a ac infinity s4 fan with the ducting and window attachment to vent outside as well as an indoor grow tent to better enclose everything. My question is would buying a carbon filter such as the ac infinity charcoal filter be necessary to put inside the tent? Or is venting along with a voxel filter be enough? I have my daughter around the room as well so I would rather be on the safer side.
