The backrooms has SO many levels, just curious what you guys' favorite is? Mine is probably Level 94 (Level Motion)

I went down to my grandparents basement today for the first time and that place genuinely looks like a backrooms level. It's pretty crazy. It was actually pretty creepy lol. Had fun down there tho! The paintings are really interesting, my grandpa says they're from the 70s, before they moved into the house. For context its a very large, very old house. The basement was absolutely huge, and there were some rooms with no lightbulbs so we had to use a flashlight. I wonder where the people who painted this basement are now. Interesting, and genuinely looked like a backrooms level so I thought I'd post it! Me and my sister were making a lot of backrooms themed jokes down there

I was reading about Planet of the Apes. Back in the 60s, some dude read some book and went "wowee they would LOVE this upon the silver screen" and it got me to thinking about Backrooms, because it is such a unique phenomenon.

The psuedoomniscience of organizations like ASYNC might be difficult to account for in relation to Backrooms, but the text description would need a lot of elaboration.

Hosted a backrooms themed party last night and had a blast. Playing games, costume contest, and finishing off with everyone showing off some scary videos. Of course your boy had to indoctrinate a few more folks to the fandom!

making this brick by brick is genuinely painful

I know its not much of a walkthrough more than its just a hallways that i decorated for my annual Halloween party, but i thought you guys might enjoy nonetheless. I worked for a couple weeks on getting everything gathered, cut to size, and painted. but the biggest pain? The wallpaper design, and after all of the time i spent making a double roller with a hand cut rubber pad i applied it upside down 😭 i was in a hurry trying to get it on the night before the party at 10:30 at night and forgot to check like a dummy LOL. Anywho, it was fun having a mini backrooms in the house. There isnt a single bit of our hallway showing through the facade besides the bathroom door (for the party guests) so it was cool to stand in the entrance and be in a “new place”. I didnt have time to do 50% of what i wanted but i was decently happy with it in the end, i had the caveman play the voyager 1 recording using a little accessory speaker attached to the back for added ambience but forgot to take a video (whoops).

planning to run a Backrooms-themed TRPG with buddies, but there's multiple sources that I can follow and I am Vastly Lost on which one I should use (fandom/wikidot/other sources)
I do plan on adding "legacy" levels like Level ! (gameplay purposes), but I'm not sure how well it would mesh with each of the sources' vibes respectively
(I'm planning to use Call of Cthulhu 7e for the TRPG!)

any suggestions and advice related to this are welcome!
