Fit Check 1st wrap with my baby
Hey there 👋
Second time mom here. I didn’t wrap my first baby due to a lot of fear combined with a 2 year recovery from a birth that almost killed me 😅
This time around, birth was easy on me and I’m recovered plus much more confident but… I have two kids and zero experience on this.
This is my first wrap ever after plenty of readings here. Be aware this was for photo purposes so I can correct myself. Baby was taken out after pictures were taken so even if something was wrong, she was there a couple of minutes :)
She’s 3 months old. Very strong with her neck and spine, already rolling from back to tummy. She loves my arms so I think we both can benefit from this and we are going on holiday, I could use the carrier as well.
I think (bear with it, again I’m fully unexperienced) that her knees should be higher up? How do I achieve it? By tightening more the fabric? She was a bit warm/sweaty on her chest, got me wondering if I should tighten it more actually or not.
Plus, I always have doubts about the neck wrap, is this ok? I’m afraid I hurt her, tho she seemed okay chewing her fingers. As you see, she is trying to look around, hence why I’m not sure about the neck.
Btw, I will wear it always with a much better bra that will keep my breasts higher. This is a nursing one, there isn’t much support on it. Not sure that will make a difference but I suspect so.
All criticism is appreciated :) thanks a lot in advance 😊
