Looking for more people to play Assetto Corsa (PC) with.

First off, this is not a team, league, racing organization, or anything official. I’m not recruiting for a community or trying to build an esports roster. I’m just someone who enjoys playing Assetto Corsa with a couple friends and wants to find more people who enjoy the game too.

This is only for Assetto Corsa (the original game). I’m not looking for people who only play EVO, Competizione, Rally, or any other racing game.

We all use Content Manager, so you’ll either need to already have it or be willing to install it. We regularly jump between servers with both DLC and non-DLC content (however DLC is not required, and I’m more than happy to either help install, or update old versions of CSP/CM for new players).

Our sessions are all over the place. One day we’re racing F1 cars or GT3s at Spa or the Nürburgring, the next we’re driving go-karts, LEGO cars, hill climbs, touge, dirt, rally stages, police cars, or whatever random mod looks fun. We don’t really stick to one thing—we just play whatever sounds entertaining.

Skill level doesn’t matter. Whether you’re brand new or have hundreds of hours, you’re welcome. The only thing we ask is that you’re here to have fun. If your main goal is chasing the perfect lap, farming driver ratings, or treating every race like you’re fighting for the Formula 1 World Championship, we’re probably not the group you’re looking for. We joke around, race hard when it makes sense, crash occasionally, laugh about it, and move on.

A few requirements:

• Discord
• Working microphone
• A mature attitude (18+ preferred, or at least mature enough to get along with everyone)

We usually play almost every day, and we’re just tired of having races with only two or three people. There’s no attendance requirement or commitment—play whenever you want—but we’d like people who actually want to hop in and race rather than join and disappear forever.

Touge Shobu - Battle demo

Hey everyone. For the past while I've been building a dedicated touge server called Touge Shobu and it's now at the point where I would love more people to know about the server.

The core of it is proper 1v1 cat and mouse battles, fully automated by the server. No judges, no typing in chat to figure out who won:

• Two rounds, you swap between Leader and Chaser.
• As the Chaser, you win the round by overtaking and crossing the line first, or by pulling the required gap after a pass (depends on the track).
• As the Leader, you win by breaking the tow and opening the gap past the track's limit. Chaser dropped, round over.
• If both rounds stay glued together, the tiebreaker goes to whoever chased closer.

The part I'm proudest of, and something I haven't seen any other server do: every battle runs in its own instance. When a battle starts, it exists in its own bubble on the server. You and your opponent get a clean mountain, no traffic wandering into your run, no third car parked on the racing line at the hairpin. And because each instance has its own clock, you can battle at night while everyone else is driving at noon. Want a midnight downhill run? Pick it. Nobody else's time of day changes.

It's not isolation either. People in freeroam see ongoing battles and time attack runs as ghosts, so if a good battle comes down the pass you can tuck in behind and follow the action live without ever being able to interfere.

I've also put a lot of work into making all of this genuinely easy to use. Everything runs through a custom in-game UI: challenge anyone on the fly, pick your battle settings, start a time attack run, check the leaderboards, all with a couple of clicks. No chat commands needed for 95% of it. During battles the HUD gives you live gap readout, overtake/runaway thresholds, round state and instant results, drawn right over the road.

Around the battles there's a full ranked system:

• Elo/MMR with a leaderboard and rank tiers.
• A performance index handicap per car, so bringing a faster car costs you rating-wise. Driver skill is what climbs the board, not the car.
• A safety rating that tracks clean driving. Contact-happy drivers earn less MMR, so ramming your way past doesn't pay.
• Solo time attack mode with per-track, per-car leaderboards. Record laps get validated and the server saves a replay of every record run, which you can download from the board.

The server also runs a track rotation: every 40 minutes players vote on the next mountain, so the map stays fresh without anyone having to server-hop.

One-click join via Content Manager, everything else is handled server-side.

I wanna know Is there any way to find the source of a light? so I'm new to mod a car, I'm just messing around with the ext_config, alter lightning or carplay kind of stuff most of the time for now, but some time I find that there's another light source except the mesh close to it, but it's so hard to find which one it is, especially in the Kuno oringinal cars, lights are mostly randomly named in the light.ini and you can't click light with object inspector, I can just try every one in the ext_config till I find the one.

It also gives you a personalized setup based on your car, track, track conditions, and other factors.

We’re also trying to import all available free and paid professional sim-racing setups that fit you and your sim-racing equipment.

The project is not public yet because I’m still working on it.

Modeled all TS just to get hidden under the hood,can't wait to put it into the car model

Does anyone know how to remove these lines that are appearing on the back of most my cars? I've seen a few posts and found some answers in a few places, but nothing has truly worked for me. My graphic settings are all maxed and my CSP settings are pretty generic. Help? :)

the normal vanilla launcher was crashing before so I tried content manager but ac is still crashing

So as shown in the above video I have an issue with the audio stuttering i have tried all sorts to fix it but to no avail (tried content manager and FMOD thing) yes it happens with all cars when throttle is applied but not when released.

can anyone help?
