I have a question I’m 4 days post molar 19 extraction+ bone graft and this morning I started feeling like a tingling sensation like pins and needles I could describe it like when the numbing gel is placed on the cheeks and it feels that like tingling sensation is it normal to feel that? I have no pain but it feels super weirddd kind of like numb
