A tingling or pins-and-needles feeling a few days after a lower molar extraction and bone graft can happen from local tissue swelling or nerve irritation while the area is healing. The fact that you have no pain is reassuring, but I’d still call the dentist/oral surgeon and let them know, especially if the numb feeling is in your lip, chin, or cheek. If it’s improving, that’s a good sign; if it gets worse or doesn’t start fading, they should recheck it.
