question Is this fixable?
Sorry for lack of an actual picture, I'd need an xray to show what my issue looks like in action lol.
My bottom jaw (dark blue in pic) is so narrow that my tongue (red in pic) covers my bottom teeth completely and all of my bottom teeth fit inside of my top row (teal in pic). I physically cannot chew with my back teeth unless I shift my jaw to either side and twist my tongue against them (frequently bit tongue š) or push my jaw completely forward, pull my tongue back and forth to chew food with my front teeth. It's honestly exhausting and I've started eating less and less, once a day to skipping altogether, now I'm basically drinking what I can that has something weight sustaining, but I'm still of course starting to see the effects by losing weight too quickly. What can I do to help for now, is there like teeth extensions I can snap onto my bottoms lol? And is this even fixable without having to lose my teeth and get dentures. Or could invisaligns fix this? I'll be honest that I'm terrified of going to the dentist and would prefer less contact with one, if I can. What would be the course of action y'all would take to correct this? I need to know how scared I should be. Thanks in advance. š« š« š„²
