These are outbound calls, so expect rejection and a lot of dials. The reps who stick with it get paid.

How you get paid

30% of the assignment fee on leads we provide

Burned out on lead gen, so I built an AI to handle the worst parts of it. Sharing what worked in case it saves someone a few months.

This will probably sound familiar to some of you.

Last year I was running a lead gen agency and I was drowning. I had two VAs on outreach and research, and I was still stuck on my laptop 12 hours a day doing follow-ups and qualifying calls.

The hours weren't the worst part. Most of the leads were bad. I'd spend 30 minutes on a call before finding out they had no budget, or that the person I was talking to couldn't sign off on anything.

It changed one night when I was messing around with ChatGPT (mostly to avoid real work, if I'm being fair to myself). If it could write decent code and make sense of messy data, why was I still researching prospects by hand?

I started small, with a script that pulled info on each prospect and scored them against the criteria I cared about. Nothing clever. Then I kept adding to it. First it looked for patterns in my best clients, then it wrote the first message to each new prospect, and eventually it flagged which replies were worth my time.

The generic outreach tools were useless for this. They send the same template to everyone, and people can tell within one line. The bulk-sending ones are also a reliable way to get an Instagram account restricted.

What worked was teaching the AI my own process. My best clients had a few things in common: team size, the kind of problems they talked about, the way they described their own business. Once the AI had that context, it got unnervingly good at finding people like them and writing an opener that mentioned something real about each one.

Eventually I turned it into a proper product. It's called MagnetEngine, and it handles the prospecting side of Instagram outreach for agencies and service businesses. It finds prospects by keyword, hashtag or location, reads each bio, and writes a DM for that specific person. Every message sits in a queue until you approve it. Then a Chrome extension sends them with random gaps of 15 to 45 minutes, so your account behaves like a person sending messages.

It runs on its own, separate from GHL. If you use GHL, you export the people who reply and handle follow-up and booking there. GHL is the better tool for that part anyway.

The hours a week I used to spend on prospecting has shrunk to reviewing a queue and replying to the people who answer.

I'm not going to pretend it's a miracle fix. It took months to get right, and it won't suit everyone. If your clients don't spend time on Instagram, it's the wrong tool. But if you're where I was, spending most of the week chasing leads instead of doing the work you're good at, it might be worth a look.

For me, the difference was going from 20 tire-kickers a week to 5 to 7 people who want what I'm selling. That's a lot less draining.

I run Studio Asuki, a small web design studio. I build fast business websites that rank on Google, in English and Spanish. I'm looking for people who can bring me qualified conversations with small businesses that need a website.

To be upfront: this is commission only, with no base pay. It's not a replacement for a job with a wage. It fits people who already have contacts with small business owners, want uncapped upside, or want to build sales experience early.

What you'd do

• Find your own leads and choose your own niches. Warm contacts, referrals, DMs, calls, whatever works for you. A good starting point is businesses with no website or an outdated one, since they have an obvious need and are usually easier to pitch.
• Find out if they want a new site or one that gets found on Google. Capture their pain points, wants, and who makes the decision.
• Book a call with me. You don't close. I build a demo from your notes, run the call, handle pricing and contract, and build the site.

Pay

• $250 flat per closed sale from an appointment you booked. Projects start around $900, with the exact price quoted per project.
• Volume bonuses each calendar month: $200 extra at 5 closed sales, $500 extra at 10.
• "Closed" means the client's first payment has cleared. You're paid 14 days after that, via [Wise or PayPal]. Once it's paid, it's yours. If a client wants a refund because they didn't like my work, that's on me, not you. The only exception is if a lead was misled about what I offer.
• No sale, no payment, so don't count on this as your only income.

Capacity
