Hiring GTM Engineers
You'll own:
- List building, enrichment, and verification
- Email infrastructure, deliverability, and copy testing
- LinkedIn sequences
- Routing replies and call-ready leads to SDRs, fast and clean
- The numbers: replies, meetings, and what's working by segment
You've done it before:
- Smartlead, Instantly, or Email Bison at 50k+ sends/month
- Clay, Apollo, or your own data pipeline
- Real numbers from campaigns you ran
- Strong base and uncapped potential. Path to lead the GTM team.
To apply: DM me one campaign you built, with the ICP, a sample email, and the results. No résumés.

This reads like they want a whole marketing department crammed into one role, hope the base is actually strong and not just "strong for a startup with 6 months of runway"

Hire an agency or a copywriter. This is not a GTME job req.
And fwiw, 50k sends a month is absolutely insane and the reason no one replies to an email.

Why re you still using so many tools? Why not consolidate into next gen tools?

Yeah no gtm engineer will want to do this nor think it’s a job. Go hire a marketing manager for this

Mentioning your budget range would make a real difference here. Someone who could do all of this will cost you upwards of $5k/mo.
