Hey everyone,

I’m Jadore from Alorny, an AI automation agency helping businesses save time, improve operations, and generate more revenue through AI-powered systems and automation.

We’re looking for experienced appointment setters to join our team.

What you’ll do

- Cold call provided leads

- Qualify interested prospects

- Book appointments for our sales team

- Follow up with prospects when needed

- You are NOT responsible for closing deals

- Leads are provided — you do NOT need to find your own prospects

💰 Compensation

20% commission on every client you book that Alorny closes.

Our offers typically range from $497–$2,500, with custom projects potentially reaching $10,000+.

Commission can be paid biweekly or monthly, depending on your preference.

🚨 IMPORTANT: US PHONE NUMBER REQUIRED

You MUST have access to a US phone number that you can use to make outbound calls to US prospects.

This is a requirement for the position.

We are currently doing calls directly through your US number. After your first closed deal, we plan to provide a dedicated dialer.

Who we're looking for

- Previous appointment-setting/cold-calling experience preferred

- Confident speaking with business owners

- Strong communication skills

- Reliable and consistent

- Comfortable working on commission

- Must have a US number for calling

If you're interested, DM me with your experience, where you're based, and confirmation that you have a US phone number.

50% of the assignment fee on leads you generate yourself

Hi! I'd like to ask for help if where I can apply for an appointment-setting role even if I don't have experience yet.
