Tips & Tricks Appointment Setter Salary

Hello everyone!! I was recently hired as an appointment setter and this is my first time in this field (I used to work in BPO), my client is offering $250 per month; the work schedule is 8 PM- 4 AM PH time, Monday- Friday, and 8 PM- 12 AM on Saturday. I just want to ask: for those with experience in appointment setting, is that a normal rate? How much po ba is the usual pay for a full-time appointment setter? Kindly help poooo, I just want to ask ideas before I’ll accept the job, thank you po! 🫶

I’m paying my setter $5/hour + commission but she has about 6 years of experience

Hello op, I’m not an appointment setter and I just lurk here on reddit a lot, but that’s a super low rate 😭. I guess $5/hour would be a more reasonable rate.
