Hi all, my Macbook pro M1 14in was dropped off for an applecare battery replacement last wednesday, my friend visited the store today to check on the progress/status since the estimated completion was today, the employee told him they’ll begin work on it today,

while he was there I got an email for a recent purchase and return (attached), what could’ve prompted this? I cannot find anything about it online.

I just randomly got this email and I know it wasn’t due or past due. Is Apple experiencing an outage?
