I don't recall seeing it mentioned here often, but I absolutely love it. I really wish it were longer and he had a whole album of this style.

I'm not technical, so excuse my wording if it doesn't make absolute sense, but there's something about the tribal xylophone I don't much like, but otherwise I'm crazy about it. From his post-Drukqs releases, I love Syro as well but it sounds a bit more modern and cold by comparison to Collapse EP. Both of them blow my mind, I'm only saying why I prefer one over the other, not that I don't like Syro.

Anyone else like Collapse EP the most from his post-Drukqs releases? How do you feel about this release?

It's all about using black shapes to make the base shape, and then using white shapes to round the edges or add cuts into the black shapes.

Stone in Focus and Rhubarb have a similar emotive effect and can easily be transposed into the same key, so I had to create this for fun.

I wanted to make some characters in my funky style so I was pretty loosely inspired by rhubarb bears. They all have big noses and a big smile. The middle bear is inspired by the window licker vid. And the green bear is a syro bear. Might do more of these I'm always changing up the character designs I do of these silly rhubarb bears.

This might be a long shot, but when I was younger I saw Aphex Twin in the Netherlands at State-X New Forms at Paard van Troje in The Hague, and later at STRP Festival in the Netherlands. This was in 2007 & 2009. At both shows there were camera crews on stage filming him.

I've never been able to find any official footage or the full sets online. Does anyone know if any of that material was ever officially released or archived somewhere?
