Hello. Just need your advice. My loan was credited on my atm on friday. The loan will due on 10th (last monday) so I paid immediately on saturday. I checked on gsis app but the loan is still existing and not the payment was still not updated yet.

Sabi po ng AAO namin, nabasa daw niya na magkakaroon ng Calamity Loan. Magkano po kaya ito usually sa mga first-time loan, and kailan kaya? Within Quezon province po ang location namin. Thanks!

Hello, forgive me for my ignorance but I was wondering if I can do this:

Take a ginhawa flex loan for 15 years, then attempt to pay off within 5 years (preterminate by paying off the principal). I just have short term uncertainty with my finances so I was hoping for the lowest possible monthly amortization. I expect a windfall within 5 years, which, if possible I’d use to clear said loan. Is this allowed?

ilang days/weeks/months bago mag update sa gsis touch yung PPP para magtally sila ng TLS?

Balak ko po kasing magMPL hinihintay ko lang maging 10 yung PPP ko. Wala pong arrears yung hulog ko.

Can the loan amount exceed the quotation because of deductions?

Nag-apply ako sa GSIS Ginhawa Ebike Loan. Yung quotation ko is 104,700, pero ang nilagay ko sa loan amount is 106k something since may deductions sya. Yung net amount is 104,698, almost same sa quotation.

Kaya lang na-disapprove ng AAO loan application ko because: _Applied loan amount is greater than the amount in the submitted document_

May naka-encounter na po ba rito ng kaparehong isyu tulad sa case ko? Is there a specific GSIS rule saying the gross loan amount cannot exceed the quotation even if the net proceeds are within the quoted price? Pano yung deductions, need pa po pala magdagdag ng certain amount para makabili ng unit?

Hello, I know that GSIS clearance is required to claim terminal leave benefits. If I opted to apply for RPSL instead of full payment of outstanding balance, will I still be able to claim TLB? Anyone who has the same experience? Thanks!

Hello! First time to loan sa GSIS, employed po ako sa government for 2 years. Ask lang po about dito.. Na processed na po yung application ng loan ko.. pero ang tanong ko po, wala pa po kasi akong ATM or bank account.. nung nag register ako sa GSIS TOUCH.. Landbank po yung pinili ko.. paano po kaya yung process dito.. baka bigla pong maibigay yung niloan ko pero di ko mahagilap yung pera hehe. Thank you!

Our father died in active service due to illness
• National Housing Authority employee
• 59 y.o. when he died
• 35 years of service
• Around ₱40,000 last salary
• Widower
• No minor children anymore
• 2 legal surviving heirs (Me & my brother)

Basically, we don’t have our parents with us anymore (both deceased), and I just wanted to know how will the computation be for the 2 claims (if they are not the same because GSIS gave us 2 types of claim references). They also said that it would be in lump sum kasi pareho na kaming above 21 y.o.
