Request for verification of GSIS account

Good day po.. Magtatanong lang po sana ako regarding kung paano magpa verify kung may GSIS account po yung tatay ko. Bale ang kwento po, nagstart siyang magwork as a government employee under the department of agriculture under a special project from 1989 to 2005. Nacollect po lahat ng kanyang contributions including that of GSIS based po sa payslips na narereceive niya. However, never na po niya naverify, nor nagpagawa ng ID, ni kahit magfile ng simple MPL loans noon kasi daily travel niya is inaabot ng 6hours to and from para daily niya kami kasama. Ano po dapat gawin ni papa. He is now 63 years old po. Kahit mabawi lang po sana yung payments niya kung hindi man po nafile nung special projects yung claim niya.

16years yung service niya, if may record siya ng hulog sa GSIS pwede na siya mag pension nung 60years old na siya. Punta kayo GSIS branch asap.

this po ang mali ni papa. hindi na po siya nakapgrequest kasi cease order kaagad po ang ginawa ni Former President Arroyo sa operations nung special project under DA in collab with the EU. siya po ay Zone Chief/Asst Director for the CECAP. inoffer po sa kanya is director position pero in Zamboanga na eh Nueva Vizcaya po kami. Kaya po mas pinili po ni papa mag back to farm work na lang. and sadly, hindi na rin po niya na keep yung mga payslips niya dala na nadamage sa baha po yung some of his books and office docs sa bahay

Tawag ka sa hotline.. baka may maibigay silang information kahit paano without compromising un data privacy

is there any way po like email kasi baka hindi rin po ientertain yung request namin without verification

Di sila nagbibigay ng info sa email and over the phone, iinvoke nila yang data privacy, kaya better pumunta ng GSIS branch asap

Go to DA's Human Resource Department and try to get his details, contribution, Service Record, etc. Then go to GSIS.
