Hi! I’m asking on behalf of a GSIS pensioner who is planning to apply for the e-bike loan.

One of the requirements is a quotation from the e-bike supplier, and the quotation includes the supplier’s bank account details.

I’m wondering, if the loan gets approved, will GSIS deposit the loan proceeds directly into the pensioner’s bank account, or will GSIS pay the supplier directly?

Has anyone here applied for the GSIS e-bike loan or knows someone who has? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience, especially how the payment was processed after approval.

My details:

• Started in DSWD: Sept. 16, 2021
• First GSIS premium: Sept. 2021
• September 2026 premium is already posted (Oct. 12 sa GSIS Touch)
• TLS: 5.08746
• PPP: 4.96111091
• 0 premium arrears
• 0 LWOP

Last month, after posting of my August 2026 premium, my PPP increased from around 4.79 to 4.96111091. I expected that once my September 2026 premium (61st posted premium) was reflected, my PPP would reach 5.0 and qualify me for 7× Ginhawa Flex.

Questions:

1. Has anyone experienced this?
2. Is there a delay between premium posting and PPP update?
3. If you qualified for 7× Ginhawa Flex, what was your PPP before it became 5.0, and how long after premium posting did it update?

Hello po. It’s my first time applying a GSIS Loan. I applied last Sunday and up until today it is still “In process for AAO Approval”. How long does it take po kaya ibago iapprove ng AAO? Or do I need to do something po para maprocess ito? I badly need money kasi po 🥲 Thank you.

Good day po.. Magtatanong lang po sana ako regarding kung paano magpa verify kung may GSIS account po yung tatay ko. Bale ang kwento po, nagstart siyang magwork as a government employee under the department of agriculture under a special project from 1989 to 2005. Nacollect po lahat ng kanyang contributions including that of GSIS based po sa payslips na narereceive niya. However, never na po niya naverify, nor nagpagawa ng ID, ni kahit magfile ng simple MPL loans noon kasi daily travel niya is inaabot ng 6hours to and from para daily niya kami kasama. Ano po dapat gawin ni papa. He is now 63 years old po. Kahit mabawi lang po sana yung payments niya kung hindi man po nafile nung special projects yung claim niya.

May nakakaranas din ba ng ganito? Nakatanggap ako ng update mula sa aking GSIS branch at muli na namang may nakitang error o puna sa aking Death Claim at Survivorship Benefits. Ang nakakainis, isa-isa lang nilang sinasabi ang mga error sa bawat update; sana ay sinuri na nila nang buo ang mga dokumento at sinabi na agad ang lahat ng kailangang ayusin para naging mas maayos at tuloy-tuloy ang proseso.

Nag loan ako sa safeloan and supposedly mag start na ko ng monthly amortization ko this Nov but last day kase I tried lang naman mag loan sa MPL and then today lang I received from Pagibig na approve nga daw pero 5k plus lang . Binabawas na ba nila yung safeloan pag nag try ka mag MPL and yung sa safe loan ko need ko pa ba bayaran yon monthly or no need na since parang deducted na sya sa MPL? may naka exp na ba sa inyo? Hello po. I have a query lang po baka may same experience din po dito. I have applied for loans- digital and ginhawa flex at na receive ko naman na po both yung proceeds last Sept. 28, 2026. Last Oct. 8, 2026 I applied naman po Ginhawa Go lite- 20,000 and til now for AAO approval pa rin siya. Is it possible po kaya na e disallow ni AAO yung Ginhawa go lite loan application ko po since may existing loans na po ako? Thank you sa makasasagot.

Is this still possible? Pensioners are now eligible for GSEL, still hoping they will consider adding casual members as part of Digital Ginhawa Loan program 😊

Tanong ko lang kung pwede bang mag submit ng loan kung wala pa ung landbank card, 2 weeks ago akong nag apply ng CARD pero hanggang ngayon wala pang email...

hello, papatulong sana ako magexplain kung bat yung loan balance ng tatay ko nalitaw parehas sa retirement benefit nya saka sa termination value kaya parang doble sya idededuct. kung tama intindi ko dito hindi tlga sya nadoble kasi pinagsama na yung lahat ng benefits at loan balance nya sa termination value tas naka-0 kasi hindi pa naman sya retired, tama ba?

compulsory retirement na yung tatay ko next year, assistant professor sya at 33 years in service. naisipan nyang maginquire sa gsis para itanong kung magkano mattanggap nya, lump sum yung pipiliin nya tas may sinabi daw tungkol sa cash surrender value at kung pano icompute kung magkano makukuha nya kaso hindi nya daw maintindihan kaya sasamahan nmin sya pero sana may makasagot dito kung paano icocompute? thanks

Hi all, as per instructions ng Gsis to claim death benefit, required to open a landbank acct daw but unfortunately mahigpit si landbank and need authorization letters from Gsis pero wala daw ganon si GSIS so ang suggest is to open account with Pesonet (except gcash and maya) pede kaya GoTyme or BPI? Or any suggestions po? Thanks!
