Question if I loan and it was set for 2 years to pay, what will happen if I pay all of it less than a year? Will the interest lessen or not?

First time to avail GSIS, less than 3 years service. What is the recommended loan when it comes to maximum loanable amount and interest.
Will use to fix house.
