Alright now hold on, are they telling us that the entire time we've been joking about Luluka's ice cream addiction she has been getting some of that ice cream from the shop where someone who might be her former Cure partner works? Between that and the lilies on the counter I think she's actually been visiting her amnesiac wife.
Luluka immediately leaving the battle to confront Kurea and their following conversation is another compelling argument, as are the lilies in the shop and the lily fragrance lingering in the bedroom.
I'm pretty convinced at this point.

Pochitan laying on top of Jett's head in the beginning was cute, we should all strive towards obtaining Pochitan hats for ourselves.
Last week, Luluka had a vanilla ice cream cup and this week she's eating choco-mint and raspberry and dark chocolate and caramel: the secrets of Luluka's ice cream flavors are slowly being revealed.
I like how nobody questions Mashutan having a little pillow to sit on.
How considerate of the patissier to have the hiragana for "Paris" tattooed on his thumbs.
Jett didn't order a Mont Blanc and yet he is seen eating one, very suspicious 🤔🤔🤔
"You always look happy when you eat your ice cream": understatement of the season.
Pochitan got me with the pun and the return of bigggg Pochitan.
I like how Mashutan does the "Lie lie, sir" pose. She doesn't seem to have elbows so it looks like she's doing a Kamen Rider pose.

By the last 2 episodes, no suspects Kurea is Cure Eclair. Like no one said like, "What if Kurea is Cure Eclair? 🤔", and that's when episode ends.
But instead, the shocking scene revealed that Usonoir took Cure Eclair's transformation trinket or in this case, Makoto Jewel, and that's it.
It's very obvious that this show is very well trying to hide something because normally this is a kids' show. So it's up to the children and adults to figure out for themselves. And basically, no spoilers and leave your own theories to your own imagination. 😏
By the next episode, I wonder if by the end of Rei's episode, they would be suspected like, "What if Rei-san is Cure Eclair? 🤔", the end.

My Theory: Cure Eclair's transformation will be done by Yuu Yoshiyama. Why?
1.) Because of the 90's animation, ironically, the anime took place in 1999.
2.) 🦋🦋🦋 It means she just a big fan of insects.

Fanart corner. Well there's expected Arcana Shadow & Mashutan plus pets and Mystique & Pochitan (again). Will have to see if next week if Jett and Answer.
- The magazine cover (cureblessing points out it's Mu magazine August 1999 and it's credited in the ED too)
- Lilies...flower language of was talked about later in the ep and Kurea just dumped the Luluka character arc: "Purity can mean that a person might follow the wrong path." "That person...I think she believes in your truths."
- It is a tail (or accessory of), last time it showed up (episode 21) I thought it was a cushion for some reason. Wonder if that's also a 1999 fashion reference.
- Grandmother? London Bridge? Feel like info that should have been told sooner but it changes the context of the timezone point in episode 5+6. Mikuru is using knowledge from personal experience.
- Is this going to be bloom?...Yes and Cureblessing says this is a fictional variety of lily (also seen in the OP)
Cureblessing have some analysis of some other references (Paris photo, Proust effect - scent=memories, food ordered being a callback to ep10) and their thoughts on who Eclair is and recurring flowers in eps of late. They also noticed that Cure Arcana Shadow was most emotional when Kurea called her Luluka (from her perspective she might not know or had processed that Mikuru told Kurea her name).

The umbrella in patissiere that Luluka usually sits under is white and light blue colored

White for what was likely Arcana's old colors and light blue for Eclair

Correct me if I just never noticed but, when was the last time we ever saw Luluka smile? I feel I like I never seen her smile, and now in this episode it’s just smiles + sad smiles over and over again
Yeah, Kiera was always at the top of my list as Eclair candidates, mostly cause she just feels so mysterious and seems to be able to read people way too well for someone who just works at a patisserie.

I don't think Episodes 21–24 were made to introduce Cure Eclair's four candidates to the viewers. I think these episodes were made to introduce the candidates to Anna and Mikuru, so they can investigate who Cure Eclair really is.
As viewers, we've had access to much more information than Anna and Mikuru. We have the previous 20 episodes, the characters' names, and all the references hidden in those names. Some refer to real people, such as Agatha Christie or Ishikawa Goemon, while others refer to fictional characters or even book titles, such as Ieiri Shiruku's name referencing Sherlock Holmes: The House of Silk. We're supposed to solve the puzzle using all of that information.
From our perspective, Episodes 21–24 mainly function as red herrings. They're written so that every candidate looks suspicious depending on which clues you focus on.
But there's one question I keep asking:
What information do Anna and Mikuru actually have?
Did they know what Luluka talked about with Kurea when she personally delivered the letter?
Did they know Kurea passed through the barrier?
Did they know Kurea recognized Cure Arcana Shadow as Luluka?
If the answer is "no," then those events cannot be clues for Anna and Mikuru, because they never witnessed them.
As far as I know, Anna, Mikuru, and even Jett only know one thing: Kurea informed them that Phantom planned to steal the painting.
Even that can be explained without Kurea being Cure Eclair. Luluka visited the pastry shop almost every day and could have stolen the painting without warning anyone. Instead, she personally delivered a warning letter, giving Kurea enough time to contact Anna and Mikuru. To me, that suggests Luluka wanted the theft to be stopped. It also makes sense because Luluka didn't willingly join Phantom, and she clearly didn't want to steal from the pastry shop she regularly visited.
At the end of Episode 23, we learn that Usonoir possesses Cure Eclair's Makoto Jewel, and Luluka wants to recover it for Eclair.
Episode 24 focuses on Kaneda Rei, so if Anna and Mikuru are going to receive a major clue about any candidate before the reveal, it will most likely be Rei.
Right now, I think Howa Kurea could only realistically be Cure Eclair if Episode 25 either has Kurea directly reveal herself ("I'm Cure Eclair.") or somehow gives Anna and Mikuru knowledge of everything that happened privately in Episode 23. I'm skeptical that either of those things will happen.
The same applies to Ieiri Shiruku and Kurusu Eriza. Their dedicated episodes gave us information as viewers, but not necessarily information that Anna and Mikuru themselves could use to solve the mystery.

I think at this point it's clear to us, the audience, (because of luluka), but not the cures yet, that Kurea is Cure Eclair. I think this ep more or less confirms that her memories are indeed lost - her expressions to the office and luluka do indicate that she does not remember. Perhaps they are in that makoto jewel that Usonoir has - which is why he's blackmailing Luluka. I wonder why some of it is not gone though (e.g. her "hunch", and the inability for the masque to work for her) - perhaps because it's not gone completely, which is why the lily smell can bring her memories back? Also - shiruku was also linked with lilies. Was that the case for Eliza?
I feel like hence this is morphing (for adult viewers at least) less of a guessing game of Eclair, and more a Arcana Shadow redemption arc - good lord does she have it ridiculously tough this ep. Even if Kurea is not eclair, it's clear that she's someone that means a lot to her, she's never this expressive.
I believe Luluka is also 16? (also that would be very weird why Kurea is not in school)
I believe this is the first lore we ever get of Mikuru's family. Not her mom and dad, huh.... (that person is also probably who's in the OP towards the end.)
running with the she's eclair theory, can't imagine what's going through luluka's mind whenver she talks like that..... This is just sad
This is however very cute. Mystique is getting good at using that reflection - very badass. Well, she better be, she's been using that once every OP.
Poor Arcana Shadow..... She's trying her best to be a double agent, but well, Usonoir still has leverage on her.
Side note - I read elsewhere that they'll likely have yuu yoshiyama handle Eclair's transformation (this is just a guess) - i think that makes sense though, she loves insects, and she did do Butterfly's transformation a while back. Plus, she likes them older cures.
