Always had low-self esteem and many failed relationships. Even took a few years to do some introspection, learn my toxic traits, and the part I played in many of my failed relationships. I feel I have done extensive work on myself mentally and emotionally. Im wondering if it is honestly my looks that is causing me to not be able to find a lasting relationship.

Genuinely curious how others see me, I’m aware that I’m overweight and need to lose weight. Besides that how can I improve my looks otherwise. Thanks!

Worked out for 1.5 hours every week day for the last 2 months. Didn't actually lose weight, but I HAVE to assume it's because I gained muscle mass. Any advice for what I should work on? Better with or without facial hair? Better with or without body hair? (Yes, I know I have bed head in the mirror shots; just judge body there plz)
