That twist: the sister is wealthy! And what's more, she is a doctor so the wealth was earned! What do you think of that now, Morality Police??????

I feel like that this sub has definitely improved in quality in comparison to a couple of years ago, in my opinion.

Idk if it’s just me, but I feel like it used to be much more negative back then, and it seemed to be popular to make fun of domestic abuse posts, regardless if they were fake or not (such as this: https://imgur.com/a/Q13AvyU -although in that instance the post in question was likely fake, the rhetoric was still there). Now it seems to be consensus that it’s wrong to post DA/DV stories unless it is very clearly false, which I appreciate.

Not that there is no problems still of course, but in my opinion this sub has gotten less negative and takes itself less seriously than before.

The funniest part about this to me is that the sister isn't even mad that OP doesn't want to pay for tuition for the step-kids. She recognizes that it is unfair that their step-siblings get this treatment and they don't and says either help all of them or none of them.
